Hi, I dropped these two ghost into the water last Fri for 24 hours then into solos with happy frog and they popped up yesterday. I'm not sure what happened to the one with the single coty leaf but it looks like the real leaves are not hurt, well the other coty is there it's just stuck on the other side 🤣 it came out of the shell like that. I just gave em a splash of water and treated the pots with some bit juice (mosquito bits soaked in water strained) to stay on top of the gnat bastards. Bugs are the only downside of growing in living soil as far as I'm concerned

Hi, these two ghost have recovered from my trying to kill them 😆 I topped them one to do a manifold the other will more traditional but it was topped. I like to use tent stakes to start bending and holding down the branches to let them fill their space

Hi, I've been working on blues manifold and somehow damaged a branch on the 1st node so I decided to leave the top branch of the 2nd node but might take it off later. I also did the 2nd top on both sides to finish the manifold. Red is growing good after being topped last week and I've just been adjusting the stakes bending her branches into place so they get the best light.

Hi, these girls are growing right along and filling the tent up quickly 😀 I switched them over to 12s on the 14th and they're showing some pubic hairs (pistils) already. They are already needing a good trim but I'll try to wait for them to show me their intentions for flower so I have a better idea of what to cut off... happy growing everyone 🍻🌱

Hello, ghosts got a much needed little haircut this week and should be close to finishing the stretch 🤞🤞 I'm running out of room 😆 the one in the front is still on a booster seat but I will probably take it down when I feed them later this week 😀 the hedgehogs are growing and should transform into buds very nicely

Hello again, I have some horrible news 😢 we lost a purple ghost candy. I had to chop her down because I found some boy flowers I was thinking I could remove them and continue with the grow but I just kept finding more flowers and as small as my growroom is I can't take the chance of boy powder flying around.
The other one is looking really nice and is budding up really well and starting to stink a little bit. I did some defoliation, trimmed her up, and fed her her final top dressed meal today 😋
I also have the one I popped when I found the lost one only had a single coty leaf but then this one came up a mutant... I just let it grow in the middle of the tent it only has a few good colas on her... I'm going to put some pictures of it in here just because I can and it's in front of the other one and it won't stop stretching you can't see the other one 😀

Hello, purple is looking good I know she's hard to see behind her mutant sister but I managed a couple good pictures. The mutant isn't really part of my diary but I kinda started showing it after the other ghost hermied on me. The last two pictures are of mutant. This strain has been a good one so far I did lose the one but that happened in growing not much you can do the remaining plant is great 👍

Hello 😁 41 day into flower and really doing good buds are getting bigger and more frosty 😀 since I had to move them around this week I did a new map not sure if it's for you or me 😆 I also turned down the lights about 25w each just to help preserve the terpenes these ladies have already been buildings

Hi, 🧐 it's been 48 days since I switched them to 12/12 I have reduced light by 100w and next comes a haircut 😉 if I can get the fat guy in there to get it done 🤣 oh wait that's me. I also had to add some sticks to hold up the skinny legged ladies now that the buds are gaining weight 😋

Hi again, 😁 today was a defoliation day in here it's day 55 of 12s this plant is a little different pheno than I expected but she is a pretty one with beautiful buds I'm seeing mostly cloudy trichomes up top the trim should get the bottom stuff to ripen up here in the next couple weeks.
I threw in a few pictures of the mutant ghost just because it is the same strain and I lost the other ghost candy earlier in the grow. If you look at this one it only has like 5 branches but they tried to grow out of the tent now after supercropping it the buds are huge 😁

Hello again, day 62 from the light change and this beauty is almost ready, looking at the trichomes yesterday and I'm seeing mostly cloudy with a few ambers but still a few clear so I'll give it some more time to mature. Added some mutant ghost pictures again just to show it off a little the trichomes are mostly cloudy here too but has more clear than the other one 😉
6/19 mid week update... just wanted to share some pictures of the final trim and the leaves I found on her I've seen these many times before but never so many on a single plant. Then while I had it out of the tent I was able to get to the mutant in the back and the 24k gold monster I added pictures over there as well 🙂

This was a bit of a challenge of a grow but I love a challenge. The one plant that made it is a gorgeous little plant that has some nicely frosted buds that smell like a grape candy mixed with the great fuel smell of a diesel.
I lost one of the original two plants to hermie tried to replace it with a new one that ended up a mutant so I didn't add it to this diary except for a few pictures because it did grow and has some very fat buds with the same grape candy smell this one without the diesel though.
I only took off one star because these challenges could have very well been my fault and the ones that did make it to the end have big good smelling buds I'm proud to hold up... I'll return with the smoke report
🔥 this is a very strong sativa leaning high that really gets you motivated, you are going to like this one it has the punch of a good diesel mixed with a super tasty candy like grape flavor... just make sure you have a sandwich close for when you start to come down
Purple Ghost Candy is a great strain I am going to have to grow this one again. I had one hermie on me but it was so beautiful I'm sure it would be as nice as the one I finished. I can't blame the strain because there's no guarantee it wasn't completely my fault it hermied. The one that finished is a beautiful plant with big dense buds that smell so sweet like a piece of grape candy mixed with the classic diesel smell 😋 very beautiful 😍
@CroNiCGman, temperature changes and cooler temperatures will help draw out existing color from a strain but ultimately if it's not in the plants DNA it will never happen 😉
@CroNiCGman, they don't normally finish on the same day so it works good for me a lot of growers like to find a good middle of ready for all their plants and chop em the same day. I'm to damn fat n lazy to do em all at the same time 😆 actually it's more about my health issues I physically can't sit for 6 hours trimming like in the younger years

@cheetah844, I think every one should pop one or two of these bad ass seeds in , any thing ghost and candy related is gonna be so histerical. Btw I did a similar strain out side and wow it grows big fast
