Dropped this bean in pH d water with a bit of root excelerator and recharge for 6 hours then planted into final container. 2 days later she popped her head out. Initial colors had me worried but she gained a healthy green shortly after.
9 days old, doing okay, there was a hour t if stretch but I added more soil to compensate. Hope that is a fix rather than a bandage. I think I read somewhere that they will just start growing roots with the stem that's buried.
Starting to put out pistils so I started adding Mammoth P. Never used it before but I've heard good things about it. Super pricy so I got the sample size to try it out.
Flowering in full effect, pistils popping up everywhere, purple tones starting to show on few of the upper nodes. Smells interesting, can't pinpoint exactly what the smell is like but it's pungent.
She has stopped vertical growth, which is a good thing since she is only 5 inches from the lights. Starting to fatten up bud sites and getting decent purple tones but I think I need cooler temperatures to see the real potential in coloration.
She is going strong into flowering, lots of leaves fading fast, defoliated the far gone leaves but trying to keep stress to a minimum. Loving the purple colors she is putting out.
She was too close to the lights so I took a few inches off her top. I think this is less stressful than allowing all that light damage to continue to occur
She stretches quite a bit without training which I think next time around I will. She is absolutely beautiful to look at and my cheap phone camera does it no justice. Taste and effect are guesses till i finish drying. Okay so i tasted her and she is smooth and sweet. Flowery on exhale but im sure after a cure that will change. Nice buzz comes on slow but hard.
you are right try briging down temp at nigh it will definitely help whit the purple it did the job on my "Smooth Smoke strain" you can check it in my diaries
Your conditions are good. My plant was ready in 62 days and has purple sativa phenotype just as yours. It has great sativa effect and all if my friends loved it. Good luck.
@RyukyuFarmer, my plants gave sativa buds, they are airy and not dense. For first time I regret that there would be not great harvest, but after I've cured and tasted these crystalic buds this strain become one of favorite. From one plant I took about 30gm.
