Welcome, I will explain a few things about my grow in this section: I started a few years ago learning the StinkBud system for Aeroponics having taken a good year to read the thread on Rollitup called "Harvest a pound every three weeks" by StinkBud in its entirety, which is about 500-700 pages. After building the double Rubbermaid tote system for VEG, I have adapted that model to what you see here in this diary; A 18 gallon Rubbermaid with an aeroponic sprayer frame constructed with PVC using EasyFLO 360 degree Sprayers and EcoFlow 360 pump inside the container. These containers are running on a ART DNE timer set for 5 minutes, 60-70 seconds on. My grow medium is 2" Rockwool cubes to start a seed with taproot. Once, I have a Mother in rockwool ready fro cuttings, clones are taken and added to the Aerocloner, a smaller container that functions just like the Rubbermaids, except it's capacity is about 2.5 gallons. The Aerocloner's sole purpose is to turn cuttings from a mother's node roots after 7-10 days, strain dependent. Clones are using no medium, just a Neoprene collar around the stem snugly in a 2" net cup; plant above, roots below. Clones then Veg under 18/6 for 3 weeks, then are put into flower at about 20-24 inches high, accounting for strains that will double in size during the initial 2 week stretch of photoperiod lighting conditions. Goals: This year's goal is to have enough momentum with clone generation to have a perpetual harvest every month of at least 3-4 strains, so I am always harvesting something. Another goal for me this year is learning and practicing the bonsai trimming pruning methods applied to Mother plants, and only flowering clones of the mothers. I have had to harvest some nice phenotypes that I encountered the past couple years, so I am hoping to change that by keeping the mother living for more than one growing season, thereby preserving the genetic material of the strain phenotype. Germination Method: I soak a paper towel with 1 seed of each of the seed strains, and within 24 to 48 hours, a nice taproot appears or is otherwise noted.
