Hello Diary.
Welcome to the jubilee tenth "Farm". There’s a lot behind me, a lot of wonderful strains.
This time two new diaries for two new strains from Royal Queen Seeds, Triple G Automatic and Royal Runtz Automatic.
This diary will be dedicated to Triple G Automatic.
SET-UP ON MY LITTLE FARM:

A FEW WORDS ABOUT TRIPLE G AUTOMATIC:
The expert breeders at Royal Queen Seeds set about creating Triple G Automatic after becoming inspired by the dazzling taste and effects of Royal Gorilla x Green Gelato — aka the original Triple G. They wanted to provide something equally as delicious while vastly reducing the duration of the growing cycle. To achieve this, they combined Triple G with Big Skunk Auto, the latter of which is a highly productive and robust autoflower. This pairing resulted in a genetic profile of 80% indica, 15% sativa, and 5% ruderalis.
Thanks to a THC content of 20%, within just a couple of hits, you’ll feel a wave of relaxation greet every muscle in your body. As a sense of euphoria rises, tastes of earth, candy, chocolate, and Skunk will linger on your tongue.
I hope that I will end this diary with this description.
LET THE DIARY START OFFICIALLY:
08/03/2022
Planting. I have prepared everything I need for planting. Air Pot, BioBizz Light Mix, RQS Organic Nutrients and Seeds.
In 11 liters of soil I added Easy Boost Organic Nutrition, Mycorrhiza Mix and Rhizobacter and mixed everything well.
After that I soaked the soil well with water, made a small indentation and put the seed inside the hole and lightly covered it with soil.
I did this twice since two Triple G plants will be on the farm this time.
The company will make them one Royal Runtz Automatic.
After I planted them, I put them in a Grow Box where the conditions were as follows: Temperature 23 degrees and very low humidity, 35%.
I will wait one day to see if the conditions change.
I set the lights at a height of 35 cm from the pots, as recommended by Migro.
13/03/2022
Triple G # 1 sprouted. I'm waiting for another one and their roommate Royal Runtz. The humidity didn’t rise a bit so I put a humidifier inside the Grow Box.
14/03/2022
Triple G # 2 sprouted as did their roommate Royal Runtz. As seen in the photos, the seed shell remained on top and captured the leaves. I’ll wait to see if she manages to get rid of them on her own and discard the shell.
Temp / Humidity on the farm - 23.2 degrees and 60% humidity.
16/03/2022
First watering. I watered each plant with approximately 1 liter of water. p.H I dropped to 6.0.
Temp / Humidity on the farm - 23 degrees and 58% humidity.
Many thanks to James for sending me the seeds before they were even packed in the original packaging. I am honored to be among the first to have the opportunity to meet this new strain.
See you soon.
Hello Diary.
The first week of vegetation is behind me, each time I am under a little stress at the beginning until the plants start to develop more concretely.
Since I have two plants on the Farm, they didn’t both have the same start.
Triple G # 1 sprouted a day earlier than Triple G # 2. This can be seen by the appearance of the plant, especially at this early stage.
At the beginning of the week, while she still had 4 leaves, Triple G # 1 had some light green patterns per leaf.
But it turned out to be nothing considering that after 6 days, the plant looks beautiful. The photos show how much it is moving to spread.
Since I have two plants, this time I decided to topping one, I have not embarked on such adventures so far, but now it will be interesting to observe the parallel development of both plants.
Triple G # 2 didn't have such a quick start, but it's still moving a bit.
Since she’s a little late for Triple G # 1, I won’t be topping her, so while the first one recovers from the stress of topping, Triple G # 2 will catch up with the second one.
For now, watering was every fourth day when he would water it with about 1.5 liters of water.
At the last watering, I put one Easy Grow Booster tablet in the water and I adjust the p.H of water to 6.0
p.H. I regulate with Plagron’s Lemon Kick.
The lights are set at a distance of 35 cm from the plants and are currently at 50% power.
Migro always does a great job.
Conditions at the Farm are good but I still have the humidifier on because the humidity was too low.
Here's what the first week of vegetation looked like:
22/03/2022 - Day 1.
Watering. I prepared 6 liters of water with which I evenly watered all three plants on the Farm. p.H.
I lowered the water to 6.0 and the water temperature was 20.6 degrees.
Triple G Auto # 1 - Day 1. - 8 cm
Triple G Auto # 2 - Day 1. - 5 cm
Temp / Humidity on the farm - 22 degrees and 50% humidity.
26/03/2022 - Day 5.
Watering. p.H. the water I lowered to 6.1 and the water temperature was 19 degrees. I put one Easy Grow Booster tablet in the water.
Temp / Humidity on the farm - 24.2 degrees and 48% humidity.
28/03/2022 - Day 7.
Photographing for the end of the first week of vegetation. I also measured the height of the plants.
Triple G Auto # 1 - Day 7. - 13 cm
Triple G Auto # 2 - Day 7. - 10 cm
Temp / Humidity on the farm - 23 degrees and 55% humidity.
I am excited about topping, I hope I manage to perform in the right way. That's all for now, see you soon.
Hello Diary,
We’ve come to the end of the second week of vegetation, a big week for my little “Farm”.
Triple G Auto # 1 is the first plant I topped. My goal is to see a comparison in development between two plants of the same strain, one topped and the other of normal growth.
For information on topping I searched on sites and blogs to see exactly how it works. There are really great explanations.
Although they are not developing the same, Triple G # 2 lags behind with development, it will be interesting to see how topping will affect development and whether it will cause any stress.
That's why I decided to do it now so that the plant can recover by the beginning of flowering.
Otherwise the plants are progressing nicely, Triple G # 2 as I mentioned, is growing a little slower but we’ll see, it’s too early for any estimates.
The plants look healthy, the leaves are healthy dark green and I hope they will continue to be so.
Along with the two Triple G Auto there is also one Royal Runtz and all three plants are growing evenly which is great considering the position of the lights.
Watering is not so frequent, every 4 days when I water them with about 1.5 liters of water to each plant.
Of the watering supplements, I only add Easy Grow Booster tablets and p.H regulate with Plagron’s Lemon Kick.
Here's what it looked like last week:
30/03/2022 - Day 9.
Watering. I lowered the p.H of water to 6.1 and watered all three plants evenly with 6 liters of water.
I also inserted one Easy Grow Booster tablet. The temperature of the water is about 20 degrees.
Temp / Humidity on the farm - 24 degrees and 52% humidity.
03/04/2022 - Day 13.
Watering and my first topping. For topping, I prepared Curved Trimming Scissors that I had previously disinfected with 80% alcohol.
Watering. The procedure is the same as 4 days ago. p.H. was 6.0 this time.
Temp / Humidity on the farm - 24.2 degrees and 51% humidity.
04/04/2022 - Day 14.
Photographing and measuring plant height.
Triple G Auto # 1 - Day 14. - 24 cm
Triple G Auto # 2 - Day 14. - 21 cm
Temp / Humidity on the farm - 24.1 degrees and 50% humidity.
That was a summary of this great week for me, thank you all for your support and see you soon.
Hello Diary.
The third week of vegetation has ended and the plants are entering the flowering phase.
It's been a little over a week since I topped Triple G #1, and everything seems to have gone well.
The plant grew almost twice in a week and branched out nicely with many leaves. The flowers started to form which is usual after the third week of vegetation.
I will now change their light regime so that they will get 6 hours of darkness starting next week.
Triple G #2 is also progressing nicely. It has also doubled since last week, a full 20 cm.
Just like his brother, he started to form flowers and got more leaves. She has somehow gotten stronger and taller in the last week.
We will see how they will develop in parallel, for now I can say that they are developing equally.
At the end of the week I did a little defoliation to make watering a little easier and to improve air flow through the branches.
Watering is not so frequent, they do not require much water.
This week I only watered with water, I don't want to risk with too many nutrients considering that they still have plenty of food in the ground.
Here's how it looked this week.
08/04/2022 - Day 17.
Watering. I lowered the pH value to 6.0 and with a total of 7 liters of water I watered all three plants on the Farm equally.
Temp / Humidity on the farm - 24.5 degrees and 49% humidity.
11/04/2022 - Day 21.
Photographing and measuring plants at the end of the third week of vegetation.
Temp / Humidity on the farm - 25 degrees and 45% humidity.
Triple G Auto #1 - 39 cm
Triple G Auto #2 - 40 cm
That's all for this week, see you soon.
Hello Diary,
The fourth week is behind me and the plants have obviously entered the flowering phase.
Since the beginning of my experience as a grower, I have been planting automatics.
Considering the space and amount of plants I can plant, automatics are ideal for me due to their shorter ripening time.
Since I only have experience with strains from RQS, I always have three weeks of vegetation and then the plants start the flowering phase. It is the same now.
Triple G Auto #1 - has grown a little over 20cm in the last week.
After topping, the branches have formed nicely and are now slowly covered with flowers. The leaves are a healthy dark green color and so far I don't see any bad signs on the plant.
Watering is more frequent, considering the current stage of the plant, it is clear that it needs more water.
Triple G Auto #2 - has grown almost 40 cm in the last seven days.
He was considerably taller than his roommate Triple G #1.
It is also developing very nicely, the flowers are filling in and starting to cover the tops of the branches.
This week I added tablets, Easy Plus and Easy Bloom Boosters when watering. pH I regulate with Plagron's Lemon Kick and bring it down to a value between 5.8 and 6.5
I also changed the light regime from the beginning of the week to 18/6.
The conditions inside the Grow Box are satisfactory. The temperature is around 25 degrees, while the humidity is around 40%.
Here's what it looked like last week:
12/04/2022 - Day 22.
Watering. I prepared 7 liters of water and lowered the pH to 6.1 and put one Easy Plus Micronutrients tablet. I watered all three plants on the Farm equally with that amount.
Temp / Humidity on the farm - 23.8 degrees and 44% humidity.
14/04/2022 - Day 24.
Watering. I lowered the pH to 5.9 and watered all three plants evenly with seven liters of water.
Temp / Humidity on the farm - 25.1 degrees and 38% humidity.
17/04/2022 - Day 27.
Watering again. They got really thirsty this week. I lowered the pH to 6.0 and inserted one Easy Bloom Booster tablet.
Temp / Humidity on the farm - 25 degrees and 40% humidity.
18/04/2022 - Day 28.
Photographing and measuring the height of the plants at the end of 4 weeks.
Temp / Humidity on the farm - 24.8 degrees and 41% humidity.
Triple G Auto #1 - 62 cm
Triple G Auto #2 - 78 cm
That's all for this week. See you soon and thank you all for your support.
Hello Diary,
Here we are at the end of the fifth week, the second week of flowering is behind us.
Now you can already see the obvious difference in plant development between both Triple Gs.
Triple G Auto #1 - a plant that has been topped much more branched with more central branches that are filled with flowers.
It will be interesting to see the final result at the end. Triple G #1 has grown a little less than 10 cm in the last week so he will soon reach his maximum height.
Triple G Auto #2 - A plant that grows naturally without any training. She has grown 20 cm in the last week, so she is now almost 1 m tall.
That is about the ideal maximum height for my grow box, so I hope she won't grow too tall.
The branches are much more sparsely spaced than triple G #1. The main cola is beautiful, I hope the flowers will cover it completely.
Plants require a lot of water, so watering is almost every two days.
This week I received the Bio Flowering Booster from RQS so I added two components. p.H still lower to a value of around 6.0
Here's what it looked like last week.
20/04/2022 - Day 30.
Watering. I prepared the usual 7 liters of water, lowered the pH to 6.1 and added Bio Flowering Booster. Thicker Flowers and Bigger Flowers.
Temp / Humidity on the farm - 25 degrees and 41% humidity.
23/04/2022 - Day 33.
Watering. I repeated the same procedure as three days ago.
Temp / Humidity on the farm - 25.2 degrees and 39% humidity.
25/04/2022 - Day 35.
Photographing and measuring the height of plants.
Temp / Humidity on the farm - 25 degrees and 38% humidity.
Triple G Auto #1 - 70 cm
Triple G Auto #2 - 93 cm
That's all for this week. See you soon.
Hello Diary,
The third week of flowering is over, both Triple G's are now pretty much covered in flowers.
Especially Triple G #2 which has big flowers and we're only halfway through flowering.
The smell also starts to spread when I open the grow box, which gives me extra pleasure.
Triple G Auto #1 - grew only three cm in height, which means that he has reached his maximum height. Now comes the final ripening.
Although it is 15 cm shorter than its sister Triple G #2, after topping it seems to me that the branches are much more filled with shoots than with the other plant.
We will see in the end what the outcome will be.
Triple G Auto #2 - has grown another 15 cm and I hope that is her maximum.
As she somehow started slowly, she has now really developed into a real beauty.
Beautiful shape, healthy leaves and large flowers. Pleasing to the eye.
Watering is every three days, but I increased the amount of water when watering. Now each plant gets about three liters of water per watering.
In one watering I added Bio Flowering Booster while I watered twice with clean water.
Here's what it looked like last week.
26/04/2022 - Day 36.
Watering. I prepared a total of 9 liters of water, lowered the pH to 6.1 and added Bio Flowering Booster. I watered all three plants evenly with that amount of water.
Temp / Humidity on the farm - 25.2 degrees and 38% humidity.
29/04/2022 - Day 39.
Watering. I lowered the pH to 6.1 and watered all three plants evenly with 9 liters of water.
Temp / Humidity on the farm - 25.8 degrees and 39% humidity.
02/05/2022 - Day 42.
Photographing, measuring plant height and watering. After taking the photos, I watered all three plants in the grow box with 9 liters of water.
Temp / Humidity on the farm - 25.9 degrees and 37% humidity.
Triple G Auto #1 - 73 cm
Triple G Auto #2 - 95 cm
That's all for this week. See you next week.
Hello Diary,
Another week is behind us and we are slowly approaching the grand finale.
Triple G Auto are in full bloom, both plants are full of flowers that are covered in trichomes.
The difference in the structure of the plant is more than obvious.
And the flowers were formed differently, maybe they have a different phenotype.
The color of the leaves is also different. Triple G #1 has faded more and the leaves are slowly turning yellowish, while triple G #2 is still dark green.
The leaves have started to change color, which are the first hints of ripening.
Triple G #1 - the flowers form along the branch covering the entire surface while with Triple G #2 they are more like large individual flowers that are like balls.
As for height, they stopped growing in height.
Watering is every three days when each plant gets about three liters of water.
This week I added Bio Flowering Booster, but from next week I will water only with water.
Here's what it looked like last week.
05/05/2022
Watering. I prepared 9 liters of water, lowered the pH. to 6.3 and added all three components of the Bio Flowering Booster.
I watered all the plants on the farm evenly with that amount.
Temp / Humidity on the farm - 25.7 degrees and 37% humidity.
08/05/2022
Watering. I repeated the same procedure as three days earlier.
Temp / Humidity on the farm - 26.1 degrees and 38% humidity.
09/05/2022
Photo shoot for the end of the seventh week.
Temp / Humidity on the farm - 26 degrees and 40% humidity.
That's all for this week. See you soon.
Hello Diary,
The eighth week has finished, the fifth week of flowering and we are very close to the end of the cycle.
Both plants already look quite mature, but I started examining them under the microscope and so far all the trichomes are transparent.
So it's not harvest time yet.
Triple G Auto #1 - is heavily branched with multiple branches of the same or similar height.
The flowers are produced along the entire end of the branches and spread a wonderful sweet fragrance.
The leaves started to turn yellow, so the whole plant got an autumn note.
Triple G Auto #2 - a beautiful plant shape, like a Christmas tree. The flowers look like decorations on a Christmas tree.
Main cola is especially beautiful, bursting with flowers. Some leaves started to turn yellow, but it still mostly kept its dark green color.
The pistils have started to turn orange, which is another sign of ripening.
Watering is usual every three days. As of this week, I stopped adding supplements and nutrients so that they get clean water with a regulated pH.
Here's a quick recap of the past week.
11/05/2022 - Day 51.
Watering - I regulated the pH and evenly watered all three plants with 9 liters of water.
Temp / Humidity on the farm - 25.7 degrees and 36% humidity.
14/05/2022 - Day 54.
Watering. I repeated the procedure as three days earlier.
Temp / Humidity on the farm - 26.2 degrees and 39% humidity.
16/05/2022 - Day 56.
Photo shoot for the end of the eighth week.
Temp / Humidity on the farm - 25.9 degrees and 39% humidity.
That's it for this week, I'm already looking forward to the harvest. See you soon and thank you all for your support.
Hello Diary,
We have come to the very end soon, a one more weeks and there will be a harvest.
This time, I didn't want to take them out of the grow box to take photos, because the branches are quite heavy from the flowers, so I'm afraid it would hurt her.
Both Triple G's look mature but looking at the trichomes under the microscope, they are not yet ready for harvest.
The leaves on Triple G #1 are almost all yellowed and have a total autumn look, while Triple G #2 has some yellowed leaves here and there.
The flowers are sticky under the fingers and have a sweet smell, they have become much more compact and full to the touch.
Watering was every three days, clean water with regulated pH at approximately 6.0
Here's a quick recap of the week.
17/05/2022 - Day 57.
Watering. I prepared 9 liters of water, lowered the pH. at 6.1 and watered all three plants on the Farm evenly with that amount.
Temp / Humidity on the farm - 26 degrees and 36% humidity.
20/05/2022 - Day 60.
Watering. I repeated the same procedure as three days earlier.
Temp / Humidity on the farm - 25.9 degrees and 38% humidity.
23/05/2022 - Day 63.
Photography and watering.
Temp / Humidity on the farm - 26.3 degrees and 38% humidity.
That's all for this week. I think for the last week I will paint on a black background of the plant to see them in full light. Thank you all for your support and see you next week.
Hello Diary,
We have reached the end of the cycle. The harvest was on the 72nd day from the beginning of the growing season.
To remind ourselves:
08/03/2022 - planting seeds
13/03/2022 - Triple G Auto #1 has spawned.
14/03/2022 - Triple G Auto #2 has spawned.
22/03/2022 - official start of vegetation.
A total of 81 days from the day they sprouted to the day they were harvested.
This diary was also a test, namely the first time I topped a plant. Of the two Triple G, one was topped while the other grew naturally without any intervention.
The result is obvious in the appearance and structure of the plant, we will see after drying what the outcome is for an individual plant.
The flowers are beautiful, they are very sticky to the touch and much harder to the touch on Triple G #1 than on Triple G #2, we will see after drying and ripening what we get.
As for the cultivation itself, I had no problems, the plants are resistant, which cannot be said for the Royal Runtz that grew with them at the Farm.
He had the same treatment as Triple G but the result is still different.
During the growing season and the flowering phase, they received organic nutrients from the RQS range of nutrients and so far they have proven to be really good.
For the last week, they only received water with a regulated pH. at about 6.0.
After taking photos, I cut them off at the bottom of the stand and hung them upside down in the grow box to dry.
The conditions in the grow box are excellent, the humidity is below 40% while the temperature is around 27 degrees.
Here's what the last week looked like.
26/05/2022 - Day 66.
Watering. I prepared 9 liters of water, lowered the pH. at 6.1 and watered all three plants on the Farm with that amount.
Temp / Humidity on the farm - 26.3 degrees and 39% humidity.
28/05/2022 - Day 68.
Watering. This time I didn't give them a lot of water, just enough to make them good for photography.
Temp / Humidity on the farm - 27 degrees and 36% humidity.
01/06/2022 - Day 72.
Photography and harvesting. After taking the photo, I removed the excess leaves and cut them off at the bottom of the stand. After that I hung them in the Grow Box to dry upside down.
Temp / Humidity on the farm - 27 degrees and 38% humidity.
That's all for this week, now waiting for them to dry and see what we got. I'm really looking forward to it. See you soon.
Triple G Auto proved to be an excellent strain. Here are a few words about him.
As for the cultivation, I didn't have any problems. Three weeks of vegetation and seven weeks of flowering.
This time I did a test, I topped one Triple G while I left the other to grow naturally.
In the end, it was obvious that the difference was in the structure of the plant, but the flowers also developed differently.
As for the yield, both plants gave very similar results.
Triple G #1 - 63 g, Triple G #2 - 60 g.
Of the nutrients, they received only organic nutrients from the Royal Queen Seeds range of organic fertilizers.
The taste of Triple G is sweet with an earthy note, definitely not strange to start the day, 20% THC is too strong. So I recommend it for consumption in the evening when all the daily duties are over and you just want to relax. Either with a movie or a book, or with some company.
I think the RQS team did a great job again. I definitely recommend this foreigner to everyone, and if you have any questions, feel free to ask. I will help as much as I can.
Hello Diary,
This was an interesting round, the first time I topped a plant.
There is always some apprehension that something will go wrong, and I always kind of send optimism and good vibes to the plants when I'm in their presence and hope that they will return it to me.
Triple G Auto is just such a case. I wanted to do an experiment to see how the plants would develop.
Normally I did not top the plants because I am limited with the space in the grow box, so any strong spreading of the plants is not recommended.
Maybe if I decided on two plants instead of three it would make sense.
But I wanted to try it and everything turned out great. Although I can't say that I profited in the final transfer, but I definitely profited from the new experience.
A small summary of this cycle.
81 days from when it sprouted until it was harvested.
3 weeks of vegetation.
7 weeks of flowering.
16 days drying
123 g. total yield.
2 Triple G Auto plants.
Drying lasted 16 days, after which the flowers were trimmed and placed in jars for ripening.
Earlier, I wrote more or less how the development went by week, but as a conclusion I will say that the Triple G Auto is a very grateful and resistant strain.
To enjoy it, I recommend it at the end of the day, when all your duties are over and you want to enjoy it relaxed, either alone or in some intimate company.
That's all from me related to Triple G Auto, if anyone has any questions, I'll be happy to answer them.
Thanks to the wonderful people at Royal Queen Seeds who support me and thanks to everyone for the praise and advice during this diary.
See you soon with new diaries.
