Sybarite Nothing much to report, all is OK apart from pesky fungus gnats are back, so nematodes are on order. Haven't fed or watered these yet, they don't need it.
Sybarite Dawg looks like a runt, Bruce looks good, both have started flowering, don't think I will top them. Cover crop needed a trim.

Sybarite Not sure what's going on with Stardawg, she's tiny, probably not worth continuing with, and have plenty of other auto seeds I could fill the space with. I'm mostly just watering at the moment and not very often. Cover crop on the Bruce Banner needs another trim.

Sybarite I missed a week. I think this will be the last of the autos for a while, as energy prices are killing me. This cupboard was originally intended for clones/seedlings only and thought I might as well squeeze in a couple of autos to mess about with, but I've not been too impressed by any of them so far. They grow well and quite easily with minimal effort, but in my experience they take forever to flower compared with photoperiodic plants, the yields aren't great and neither are the effects, but maybe I haven't been picking the best strains. The LED can be turned very low for clones and seedlings, running at around 20 watts, whereas for autos it needs to be on max brightness, about 100W.
Bruce is looking pretty good, but not sure what happened to Lil Dawg, which looks ready to harvest.
Don't give up on auto's mate, I thought the same as you and gave them a try again and was surprised, I got 4.25 oz off each lady and she hits as hard as a photo if not harder.
I think you were maybe just unlucky mate, chin up mate you got this shit 😎😎😎🤜🤛
@Green_fiend, thanks man, it's more that I can't afford to with the recent doubling of our energy bills with another 30% rise due in October, so I'll just keep my photoperiod tent going for now, as it's more efficient. I still have some FastBuds seeds left I intend to try, but not until energy prices come down again, if ever they do. Nice work getting 4.25 oz per plant, that's good going. I never got much more than 2-3. 😎👊
@Sybarite, I understand mate it's getting mad out there just one of the points why I'm considering LED.
you here people say that they are better and more efficient than HPS now.
After that grow I just had mate I'm loving autos now, dont know how I managed it myself but I dine something right 😎😎😎
@Sybarite,Prices will never drop again, you need to try again. My girls are ready in 2 months, and in another month you can harvest an immodest harvest
Hey there,

Happy Growing !!!
@Fast_Buds, Hey, thanks for your kind comment and for providing us with excellent genetics. I grew your Zkittlez (in one of my diaries), which turned out very nicely and was easy to grow 👌
@SEGA_Y_Griega, this is the problem - my energy bill now costs almost as much as my mortgage and is set to rise by another 32% in October - in this current climate I need to use less power, not more. With autos I had the light on full power consuming 100w for 18 hours, so it's not cost-effective, but using it only for clones and seedlings I can have it dimmed right down from 5w to 20w. I have a 500w LED in my main tent just for photos, but that is mostly on for only 12 hours and can yield 500+ grams, so it's justifiable. I still have Fast Buds Mexican Airlines, Wedding Cheesecake and Orange Sherbet seeds, so maybe another time in future when I'm less broke. Good luck with your grows and enjoy those buds brother/sister. 👊
