KushDoctor Pistils first detected on day 23 and significant budding appeared on day 27 ( day 5 of flowering). Light schedule flipped on day 28 (day 6 of flowering). Previous grow displayed a high need for CalMag so a light application has begun to aid in root development and nutrient transfer. Plants looking happy and healthy!
It's during this week that my suspicion was confirmed--I accidentally mixed up one lemon haze with one lamb's breath. Photos from the following week will show the correct plants together. The height of the lamb's breath (right in the photos) and the low budding rate quickly made me realize the mix-up. With very careful maneuvering, I was able to switch the plants and they're responding very well. Updates next week!

KushDoctor CalgMag application + defoliation this week. She's getting bushier and blocking light to the canopy. She's responded well to defoliation and is enjoying the bumps of CalMag.

KushDoctor Buds are fattening up nicely and smells like sliced green mango. She's showing signs of CalMag deficiency so she received two feedings this week. She was also showing signs of potassium deficiency, indication that the buds are in need of some juice, so I doubled the Tiger Bloom and Terp Bloom dosage by the end of the week. She's doing great otherwise. Sister plants are tall with small buds, hoping for some change in the next week.

KushDoctor The advanced plant is gorgeous! Buds are very sticky and odor is strong. About 50% of the trichomes are amber which means I'll have to harvest this plant before the others. I still can't figure out why this one is advanced. Environments, nutrient mix, genetics? Not enough light was reaching the canopy so I gave her a big defoliation day 45 along with a CalMag application. Lotus Bloom was introduced this week and feedings of Tiger Bloom and Terp Tea Bloom were both doubled due to clear signs of deficiency. This begins a regular and aggressive nutrient feeding schedule as she's clearly in need. Development has been good so far, I don't want to lose track not because of poor nutrient dispersion. So excited for the coming weeks!!

KushDoctor She's showing signs of deficiency so double feedings of all nutrients were applied and she received two feedings of CalMag this week rather than the usual one. Looking great, the small of the two plants has beautiful tight, fat buds and the other plants have smaller, but tight buds.

KushDoctor TDS reading is beautiful so I harvested two of the three plants this week. The look gorgeous and topped in at 9 ounces wet. One plant remains.
Lemon Haze was such a please to grow and an even greater pleasure to burn. She has strong aromas of citrus with spicy and floral notes. This strain is ideal for socializing or being productive. Medium stickiness, frosty trichomes and deep orange pistils helps elevate your high into a focused, creative, overall positive well-being experience. She's also a heavy hitter so she keeps you elevated for a good period of time. So well worth the grow!

KushDoctor Lemon Haze got her day during this grow. I've learned a good nutrient cycle for her and discovered that she loves space to spread out! Buds cured beautifully and the high is amazing. Can't wait to grow again!
I always find this the tricky week. When the 2nd set of real leaves are out, and it's in a cup. Every 3 days, I flipped all my cups upside down, tapped them out gently, and checked the roots.
If the soil falls away, too dry, if you see no good micro-roots spidering on the edges, too moist. IMHO, Ignore anything but the roots at this size. By end of week 3, I have 14 now in 2.5qt pots stretching into the sunshine; with maybe 8-10 with weak root systems still in the tent. Love seeing them grown in dirt. Best wishes. MrCrispy
