This is a mid-way journal. She is growing in a 60/40 mix of FF coco loco and perlite in a generic airpot. She lives in a 48x48x78 tent with three other girls of different strains. This girl has looked rather sickly from day 1. I'm honestly surprised and happy that she has lived and is now the tallest girl in the tent. She has an odd build that mimics some of the other grows I've seen here. She is the smallest of the girls I'm growing overall but is the tallest (so far). I'm excited to see how this girl grows, and I plan on adding photos and more info on my feeding very soon.
This girl has struggled the most out of all the girls on this run, but I'm super happy she lived through everything and is now doing rather well. She does have a kindof odd structure as you can see in the pics. From day one, she had misformed, light green leaves. She doesn't have much side branching, but way more than she did originally. I'm thinking I should have LST'd this plant way more now that I'm 44 days in lol. I did LST for a few weeks to expose the side branches, but that was at roughly week 4. The more research i do, the more i think this strain would be a good 3-5 gallon girl with more of a SOG method to get the worth out of the time and space. Either way, I'm super pumped since shes the tallest girl so far in the 48x48x78 tent shes in.
I give this girl a 2tsp/gallon of bush doctor's flowers kiss as a foliage spray on every watering, which is every other day. I give her a gallon of water on each watering/feeding. On watering days, I give 2tsp/gallon of silica blast and calmag. On feeding days, I use above mixture. She gets fed on every other watering,
Day 47---Found a purple speckle on main cola beginning. exciting. super exciting.
She's recently stiffened up big time and actually thickened up a bit. I pulled her down a bit due to the lack of side branching on the top 12 inches of her. I also moved her to the other side of the tent. When tucking her leaves, I do notice a sweet berry smell that sticks to my fingers.
I recently switched the tent's time cycle from 23/1 to 20/4 to hopefully throw my green crack into flower. I just started using open sesame, but i'll probably be giving her some beastie bloomz in a few days as well. super pumped.
Worth noting that she recently started turning darker green. no more sickly lime green leaves.
Shes still doing pretty well. Shes turned much greener and looks practically normal now. She has a really thin main stem, so we'll see how big she gets. She has a scent of berries with a spicy tinge to the end of it.
She's got a little bit of windburn from a slight breeze/shimmer. I guess she really doesn't like any major air movement. I adjusted the fans in the tent to hopefully stop the wind burn.
She smells amazing at this point. a strong berry scent with a sour fuel finish. She still has a ways to go. Her buds are starting to get taller, some at about an inch tall.
She is really starting to smell now. That berry smell is irresistible. Her buds are starting to get a bit larger. She does have a decent amount of orange hairs at D64. We'll see how her trichomes look in a few days. I'm guessing she still has at least two weeks to go, if not more. I'll be flushing her this week also. As of now, she looks like she will be the first one to harvest.
very true. after all, it is only day 44 with pre-flower just beginning. she might turn out to be a monster. it's just the odd *mutation?* the plant has with the light green color.
