OldDabKing Dropped two seeds into shot glass of water, and let them soak for two days. Once the seeds cracked open they went into living soil. I prepped one gallon fabric pots of Gaia greens living soil(recycled), all purpose(1tbs), and power bloom(1tbs). Watered the pots the day before the seeds went into soil to acclimate the soil to the tent's conditions.
OldDabKing Just misting the top soil when dry. Misting about 1oz of water per day. Both phenotypes seem to be doing well so far in this first week of growth.
OldDabKing Just watering the soil when dry; watering both plants with 3oz of water everyday. Both plants are showing their five tipped fan leaves. Everything is going smooth here!
OldDabKing Watering both plants with 6oz at a time, about once every other day. At the end of the week I gave both plants a bigger watering with 500mL. Started LST training this week, and one of the plants is starting to enter the pre-flower state 😁
OldDabKing Top dressed this week with 1 tbs of power bloom, 1/2 tbs glacial rock dust, 1/2 tbs oyster shell flower, and 4 tbs of worm castings. Watering the soil when dry. Adding LST tie to each node and adjusting them as the plant grows. Minor defoliation to allow light to pass for lower growth.
OldDabKing Watering soil with 500mL-750mL when dry. Continuing LST on new nodes as the plants grow, also adjusting previous LST ties. Plant #1 showing signs of nutrient deficiencies, but this was the risk of using a recycled soil. This will be a good learning experience 💯
OldDabKing Continuing low stress training as the plants grow. Removing damaged leaves from pheno #1 once they fully shrivel up, and minor defoliation to both plants to uncover bud sites. Watering soil every other day with 500mL - 1L
OldDabKing Defoliating damaged leaves as they turn brown.. Possibly root rot from previously used soil. Just watering soil when fully dried using 500mL at a time. Added 2mL of Cronk Nutrients monkey juice during one watering this week for a microbial additive.
OldDabKing Fed plant #1 with 3 mL of Cronk Nutrients Bonnie (6-5-4) with 1L of water. Fed plant #2 with 3mL of Cronk Nutrients Clyde 3-6-5 with 1L of water. Removing damaged leaves as the plants grow.
OldDabKing The roles on these two seem to have switched. Now, the pheno #1 is doing well and putting on weight, and pheno #2 is struggling with nutrients. Removing damaged leaves as they die off. Adjusting LST ties as the plants grow, and watering when dry with 500mL each watering.
OldDabKing Watering soil when dry with 500mL per watering. Removing any dried and crispy fan leaves on plants. With how things are going I'll harvest pheno #2 first and let pheno #1 grow a bit longer in hopes of putting on some more weight.
OldDabKing Easy to grow plant and did very well through the seedling and veg stages. I used reused soil this run without doing a soil test first. Unfortunately, this resulted in a lockout in the flower cycle. Did not get the yield I was looking for, but still got some decent buds to smoke 👌 *Harvested Day 79*
OldDabKing Watering soil when dry with 500mL at a time, and fed plant 3mL of Clyde 3-6-5. Removing LST ties this week as well. Plant is definitely bulking up and putting on weight. Sweet berry tones 😋
OldDabKing Just watering the soil when dry at this point. Watering with 1L at a time. Removing all LST ties from the plant to give it a natural look 😁 She's definitely bulking up this week, and still a mix of cloudy and clear trichomes
OldDabKing This pheno of the Blueberry Kush Auto by FastBuds was amazing! I ended up using reused soil for this run and one of the plants struggled, while this one did fantastic ⭐️ Easy to grow with minimal training needed. Put out a very sweet berry scent from the flowers all through the grow
@Fast_Buds, Much appreciated! The grow was amazingly easy compared to other grows I’ve had. Minimal training needed and not much to defoliate during the grow 😁 Sticky sweet buds are being enjoyed 🤤 Can’t wait to grow some more FastBuds!
