Vigourous grow last week.
Most have been identified as females, few still unsure.
Probably dealing with some root issues as some individual leaves are showing spots and cupping, but 90%+ of every plant looks healthy.
Day 35 Looks like all issues have been resolved.
Removed most bottom leaves that had turned yellow, some had spots from before. Left a few yellow leaves to see if they will improve.
No new leaf spots for almost 2 weeks as it only effected lower leaves, and cupping leaves are back to normal.
Also have good flowers on 8 of the 10 plants, 2 are just behind.
had same problem with my 1st grow as well. don't use to much water in the veg state. Let the roots search for more moist earth to get a nice root base. I look at leaves if i wanna know if it's time for water or not.
They will tell you when they need water! :)
Nice healthy looking plant tho, don't think they are much affected by the overwater ;)
Hey, nice grow!
I have the same "problem" with northern lights auto. I have 4 plants, and they are all flowering at different rates. Didn,t get any specific answers yet, but probably something called phenotype (like brothers and sisters - very simmilar but different)
@Bronhitis, thanks! I was pretty sure I was not the only one experiencing this..
As of this morning I noticed the pistils are darkening on all plants except the 3 tallest ones. 2 of them are flowering, looks like the 3rd one keeps entering veg. stage ...
FYI, I used autos and LEDs my first grow and I relied on trics and went FAR too long and they never did amber up.
Look for other evidence. There will be a noticeable FATTENING right before ripening. If the trics arent going amber in your setup, if it looks like it would in ta bag AND has fattened up and the white hairs are gone, its probably done.
I grow in coco, so take that for what it is worth, but don't make the mistake I did on my first grow and go too long and over ripen. You will lose terps and perhaps potency.
I am NOT saying go early, but the fattening, retraction of hairs, and appearance of a high times centerfold may be a better indicator as I have heard that LEDs and autos don't produce amber tics and experienced this combo myself.
take that for what its worth from a guy on his 2nd grow who went FAR too long with autos under LEDs
Sweet flower room, very cool - loving the control board, you are going to smash the photo period flowers :)
I grow under LED's myself and tbh, it's true i don't seem to get massive ratios of amber either, i've even let a blueberry grow go well over just to see and i got maybe 20% amber and the buds where over over ripe.
Good Call @mulch - esp "I am NOT saying go early, but the fattening, retraction of hairs, and appearance of a high times centerfold may be a better indicator as I have heard that LEDs and autos don't produce amber tics and experienced this combo myself."
I couldn't agree more, but it's only my exp, everyone's setup is different i guess too.
