05/09 sprouting begins
Kept seedling moist with water using spray trying to keep humidity at around 55% - 70%
started day 1 from when first sprouting is seen

gave basic feeding this week not sure whether to add calmag agent this week so didn't

Calmag is really only needed during flowering and then only if it shows signs of a deficiency... you're nowhere near that stage yet! So, the short answer to your question is "no." :-D
started LST this week not really sure as first try but my plan is to keep stem as horizontal as possible then around pot
added some voodoo juice this week (1ml/500ml) to help roots establish themselves
tried to keep humidity above 50 but its averaged out around 40
COCO NUTES IN SOIL GROW
I am using coco nutrients in a soil grow. I know they are probably more potent then soil based nutrients but I have no idea how much by. Does anyone have any knowledge of using coco nutrients in soil? can anyone help me?
Soil will already have nutes. The best way to proceed is use the coco nutes at 1/4 strength to start. Then read your plants and feed at a higher strength when needed. Plants will always show what the want and need. Cheers!
I've noticed this discoloration on a leaf. It has slowly got larger over time. Any idea what it is? Will it ruin my grow? I'm pretty sure its not over/under feeding because its only on this leaf. Any ideas?
It got burned from the water,
make sure you only water your soil or spray your leafs when the lights are off and will not go on for a few hours.
Overal looking at the other pictures from your diary, your plants look healthy so you are doing a good job :)

Got a bit nervous with nutrients being for coco in my soil grow, I decided to get soil based nutrients and will try substituting. Hopefully it wont burn it
forgot to test ppm and p/h of feed hopefully its not too much so far looks pretty healthy
gave some flowering nutrients like an 1/8 strength as well as regular veg nutrients

removed earliest leaves from bottom of plant
saw a few pistils forming but not really going into flower yet
New week and a bit nervous because no sign of flowering saw a few pistils but not a lot
day 42 and the flowering hasn't started yet, I think I will force 12/12 lights to cause flowering process to start
Started flowering week by switching light schedule to 12/12 maybe help to force flower
gave it a second feeding in the week I usually do 1 feeding a week hopefully its wont burn it
finished this week I think plant is starting the stretch phase but I'm worried it's not very advanced in flowering i will keep lighting on 12/12
Looking at other blackberry kush plants it should be well into flowering by now but im not seeing much change and it just started growing taller, worried but hopefully its not a genetics issue

Noticed some male pollen balls growing on a few stems (see pics) which I took off plant Hopefully i got all of them as they were not all over. I'm gonna keep it despite the hermaphrodite traits but I suspect the whole crop might fail if the flowers get pollinated, keeping an eye on it for now
found and removed more pollen sacks I'm pretty sure the result will be a low yield as it will be hermaphrodite but letting it grow till final result
Plant shooting up in height still nowhere near finished, I'm thinking maybe the seed i used was faulty as it is taking a very long time, blackberry kush autos are usually done by week 11 or 12, will let it grow and see what happens to it

It does look to be ready. Congrats on your Grow, Its looking good.
One alternate option for harvesting the whole plant would be to harvest the top half of the plant and then lower lights and harvest over bottom half in a weeks time. Gives them time to catch up and develop some of their own amber trichomes. As the lower bud sites on the plant will develop last.
The down side to this is that there will be two different drying periods and trim days. The cure can be in the same batch, as they won't be to far in age once dried.
I like the whole plant chop and hang upside down method, then dry trim, jar and cure. I really like the humidity regular packs, suggest you try em out.
