@Cold_Farmer, get them in if you can. I would have liked to leave those two ladies standing for another 4 weeks last year, but the weather was too cold. Frost already in early October... The white widow auto has become seriously resinous, and it really tastes like original white widow, just like I first tried it in Holland 20 years ago. Top. But the sunny summer probably helped with that. I’m just saying full spectrum of the sun... Good weather in the first half of summer. I hope for my critical feminized that the second half goes just as well...

@Cold_Farmer, I don't trim (wet trim) too much, just everything that doesn't have trichomes. The sugar leaves don't bother me when smoking.

@Cold_Farmer, they're going into flowering here right now. Mid/end of August, like last year. The critical already has pre-flowers, just like a bagseed.

@Der_Der_Ich_Bin, so my two criticals flipped about a week ago. They're just getting started... 😊 So I have to wait at least until mid-October if the product is going to be good. Last year, I had frost in the first week of October. I hope it stays warm longer this year.

@GermanGrow182, Yeah, that's how it looks.. I have a medical Mass from RQS here. It's a cross with the Critical. So it should be starting soon. If it gets too cold, I'll probably bring it inside at night. Luckily, they're in pots and not buried.

@Der_Der_Ich_Bin, I only leave them outside. Sure, there's a risk of mold, but if the flower is healthy, mold usually comes late, then they’re already fully developed.. Trying makes wise 🙂 They usually tolerate water from above. Fog sucks because it creeps between the buds. Temperature has to be right. I find cold worse than humidity.

@Idiotproof420uk, thanks for this information. I set up my autos in this pots: lower half of soil is native soil from my garden with a bit of guano, very fine sand, clay, little humus. The upper half is cheap flower earth from hardware store, prefertilized. Had no nute issues in veg with the autos, but a lot of stress(hailstorm, heavy thunderstorms). With bloom, they got biobizz biobloom5mg/l till last week. I'm very pleased with the density and size of the buds of the northern lights auto. The bananas also delivered good bud. Only the white widow had small buds. The critical fem had 2 different phenos. No. 1, 3 weeks older, a self topping mutant, had no issues about nutes, since I fed biobloom since week 15, the 2nd critical had a completely different colour of leaves, looking like lacking Nitrogen, but also got fed the same. Both plants now have resin covered dense, buds of a good size, so I think, this was a good nute setup. Remembering, I topped them a few times to reduce overall bud size knowing that mold is a problem, as soon as the flowers have a certain size. Experience from 3 grows in this area formed this setup. The best results (quality) came this season.

@ScholzAbi, so far everything is working.. Topping, defoliation, enough wind, no signs yet despite the cold and rain. I'm pleasantly surprised by the strain.

@Bud_Porn69, for sure 👌 they are all healthy and there's definitely wind against mold on the balcony in the fall.. It could work 😎

@Bud_Porn69, fat banana auto yeah, I can only recommend it. Surprisingly well-suited for outdoor, despite the compact bud structure.
