Slow and short grow

Esto ya me ha pasado anteriormente, no son los pequeños detalles como un un par de grados de temperatura ni un poquito más o menos de humedad. Se ve claramente que exageraste con las podas... La primera poda está demasiado baja, casi al segundo nudo, para la próxima permite que la planta se desarrolle un poco más para que no estanque el crecimiento al podar demasiado joven

If you are able to transfer each plant into their own pot (at least 3-5 gallon pot or a 30cm x 30cm growing container), a week later and you will find that they all perform nicely. They are looking good now, they just need space. RH 35% is too low, that's perfect during flowering period. For now, veg period, try to keep RH above 70%.

Log says you're running an HLG 260w LED. It shouldn't be causing that slow of growth. One thing I found was having slightly higher temperatures made a big difference. When running 24°c they were a bit slow for me. Once I bumped it to 26°c they took off. Also your humidity is a bit low for veg. If I was you I'd see if I could raise humidity and temp a little. Check a VPD chart for optimal ranges, I think I was around 26°c and 65%rh If that doesn't help I would start to think genetics may be a part of the issue.
