Girls made it to their new homes today. Now to watch the Northern lights turn on...
Girls are going into their 3rd week now. A week in and all is fine with them. No hardening before planting outdoors and the girls never had any transplant shock. They just carried on growing. AMS has great genetics. Well worth the time watching their strains turn into monsters....
Going on their 4th week, these girls seen a lot of rain the last week. Hoping a good week of sun and warmth for this week. Got out for my other hobby yesterday. Metal detecting. Pulled a bunch of old coins, some silver, heart necklace and a men's 14k gold ring weighing in at 7 grams. Then I look at how well all my girls are going, and that makes me a happy camper....AMS rocks
Girls are growing and getting nice and bushy. A little more protected from the wind than the waterside diary. AMS genetics going well. No issues with these girls what so ever...
Girls are bushing out nice. Not as fast a grower as the gelato, but nice structured plants. The wind here has been brutal. These girls will need some support. Try and get that done this week.

Girls a bushing out nicely. The gelato xtrm is definitely a faster grower than the Northern lights xtrm, but these girls are looking like their going to be very nice bushes. Windy weather here everyday it seems. Winds from the north in the summer, just ain't right...Mornings in July are down to 5 and 6 degrees here, almost every morning. Very strange weather in a very strange world....
These AMS beauties are going into their 7th week in the ground. Filling out nicely and still a lot of veg time leftmuntil flower. Built a support around them to keep branches from braking, and try to keep the local deer away from them. They have been robbing the garden. So far their happy with the beans and tops of the potatoes. The girls are as bushy as they are tall, and the odours blows strong when the wind hits them.

Girls took a hit the night before last. Very strong winds snapped a few bottom branches. Tied them back up, they should be ok.
Girls took a big hit with severe wind a few nights ago. Broke a couple of the bottom branches, that were a little heavy from growth. Tied those branches back up and everything seems to be ok with them. All near the same size with nice green growth.
Shout out to AMS. Their genetics continue to amaze me...

An uneventful week for the girls. Growing fast, very bushy girls. It is all you can smell when your anywhere near the garden. AMS sure has some nice genetics. I think these are starting to change and flowering should happen in the next couple weeks.

All the ladies are getting ready to go into flower. When button size buds have formed, is when I will switch the diary over. I can't get good pics of these ladies. The position my neighbor planted his corn and cherry tomatoes, is blocking the girls good side. Much better pics to come when the garden harvest is finished. Ladies are healthy with big lower stalks. These Northern lights are coming in as one of the stinkiest smelling plants I have ever grown. If stealth is what you need then you may want to go with another selection of AMS'S awesome seed supply....
Girls are coming into flower now. Been a great week for the ladies. Added some flower nutes this week to give them what their going to need from here on in. These are very stinky plants. Smell them quite far away if the wind is blowing your direction. Great time of year coming....
The ladies are turning to flower now. Going to be a rainy day or 2, so updating the dairy a little early. Girls are all nice and healthy going into flower. Aromas are very strong from these ladies. Can't wait for the full on flower, to see how stinky these can get. AMS has some pretty strong genetics. I have grown many strains from many different providers, but AMS is never a disappointment. Highly recommend them if your looking for seriously potent weed...

These ladies are doing well. Seen an aphid infestation starting., took some dawn soap and water to them a couple of times through last week. No sign left of them now. Will be keeping a close eye and dousing them when needed. Other than that, it never slowed them down at all., thankfully. Just these plants in the veggie garden got them, the waterside gelato had no sign of them what so ever.
These girls are so skunky smelling, I'm thinking I am going to need the extraction fan hooked up in their drying area, when cropping time comes..

Was a bit of a misunderstanding between the wife and I. Asked her to grab some soap because I used up what we had and I told her I needed it for my plants. Well she got the soap and doused them thinking I asked her to do it. Some good burnt leaves. Shit happens... They should survive, just slowed them a little...
A day late on the update, had to move a big arse shed yesterday...
Girls are budding on strong now. Recovered from the soap blast they got to rid the plants of a heavy aphid infestation. Accidentally sprayed pretty heavy a second time. Well it killed the bugs but slowed bud production for a few days. Things are back to blooming beautifully now.

Windy rainy week. Another week or 2 and I think these girls will be coming down. They have had some rough weather and I don't think they will take much more rain. Buds are nice and hard so it won't be to much of a loss.

Even with a spray of way to heavy soap, that burned most of the leaves, these girls put out some beautiful flower. Going to another solid week of trimming for this guy. All worth it to me...

Thanks right off to Amsterdam Marijuana Seeds.... These girls have stunk the wife and us out for a few months now...The odours from these girls is very strong. Part of one girl trimmed and I must say., this is not fun to trim...Very stick, glues your fingers together, gums up the scissors very quickly, and once trimmed, you better have a good ventilated place to dry, or your house is going to smell pretty dank...Looking forward to trying this in about a week. Will fill you in with final tallies..
Final tally in from 2 plants..36 ounces and I only took the bigger colas as my trimming inspiration came to an end. Donated the 3rd plant to a couple of friends.
Now for tastes and effects....Wow, wow wow...very pleasant smoke that goes down very easily, but once in., expands your lungs and makes you hang on. Heart beats loud and strong after finishing one of these blunts and can glue you to the couch if your not careful of your intake. Great night time smoke if you can't sleep, it will help put you into dream land. This strain was recommended by one of the guys at AMS and I can see why it's one of his favs.

@Metatronix, Had a soap over load cuz of affids and a miss understanding when asked the wife to pick up some soap. Slowed um down but their bidding again now lol. Leaves a little burnt but hey, is what it is. Thanks brother..👊
@Hashy, Thanks bro. The northern lights are quite a bit smaller than the gelatos are. The NL seems to be heavy growers per branch but very delicate plants. Thick heavy lower branches all had to be tied to the stalk to keep them from snapping right off. Even had one lower branch snap just from the weight alone, not even a windy day. The gelato on the other hand are heavy growers and real strong branches. Both are throwing off so much dank, it's all you can smell when the wind is drifting towards the wife and I.
@Jays_Not_Here_Man, We have already had near 0 nights...The wind yesterday and the rain near took down the biggest lady in the waterside grow. Have to go out and put some new supports and lift back up, if we get the chance today...😏
