SaulGoodman2022 I plan on doing a SCROG and the first seeds I tried didnt take. This is the second set and i though I wanted 3 plants I cracked 4 to make sure I have 3 plants growing in unison.

What is considered the correct time to top an auto flower when doing a SCROG. I have read that you should not, but I am seeing more success stories then failures.

Hi SaulGoodman2022, I would advice you to NOT top(HST) autoflowers,but do some LTS(bending) instead. But if you really know what you are doing you can top them like @Hashy said in week 2 or 3 depending on size plant. Goodluck growing :)

SaulGoodman2022 05/31/2022 -- * There was a spike in Co2 right after watering today. the levels went from the average of 632 toal level of 1479. * The only additional I added to the watering schedule was banana tea. Other than that, the reservoir mixed with fitleaf boots (1tsp-1Gal). * Less than 24 hours after tying the plants down I changed my mind and will leave them be. * Plants are showing signs of stress DLI is set at 34 for 20 hours a day.

SaulGoodman2022 The plant on the right side is root bound and never established a good root system. It is very stunted compared to the other two. Also, I had an issue with the lights being to close and the plants never really stretched into the screen as much as I wanted it to .
