Gabrielle is born of the late Virgin Mary and was placed straight in the medium after the overnight soak in water. She is now standing and searching for the light
@GrowSmith, I have just gone through this grow week by week again now that you are at harvest and I am even more fascinated and quite jealous π. I hope you can indulge me a few questions about certain weeks. Why did you do such a short veg cycle?
@GrowSmith, please break this down for me "Currently watering 5L with nutrients until empty 1.5ML per feed".
"I then feed with just 5.3 pH water until the next batch of nutrients are needed a week after. By doing this I find that she takes in the nutrients a lot better and grows a lot quicker straight after the first nutrient feed." This is a strategy I will have to try in my programme with a couple plants. I have seen that response many times on other kinds of plants but never had a strategy to regularly get it. Your method has lit the bulbs.
@GrowSmith, I see!, says the blind man ππ. You have a typo where it should read 1.5 L you have 1.5ML. At first I read it as a typo then I wondered if you had come up on a miraculous microdosing strategy π, but the obvious hit me that 5 L would be 9 years of feed at 1.5 mL so that couldn't be right either π.
Is 1.5 L what you give as plain water also?
@Ananas_Comosus,
So I was watering 1.5 per day
I water out a 5L tub with nutrients
At the rate of 1.5 per day I get 3ish days before 5L are done.
I then proceed to top up the 5L but without any nutrients this allows the plant to soak up any nutrients in the soil and prevent from nutrients lock up or blockage
Once that 5 L is finish I will introduce nutrients and plants seem to gobble it all up
@GrowSmith, whatever you decide to do I hope the smoke is as marvellous as the grow. If you had more than one going I would beg you to let at least one go a little longer π If my girl delivers anything near this I will be well pleased.
