mrJar Hello everyone and may there be peace in the sky above!
I stumbled upon this strain by chance, from a free giveaway on a well-known forum. The O.M.G seed waited almost a year for its time, and today that time has come.
There were some issues with germination - the seed shell didn't want to open. I helped the plant remove it with a pair of tweezers, and a day later the cotyledons opened up and the first pair of leaves appeared.
The seedling currently looks healthy, so I think O.M.G will thrive and delight us all for the next 3-4 months.
I rinsed the coconut substrate twice with hot water to remove salt residues, then "charged" it with fertilizers produced in Ukraine, Flora Growing (Coco/Micro), at 1.2 and 1 ml/l, and also added 1 ml/l of B-52 and CalMag Xtra from Advanced Nutrients.

mrJar So far, nothing interesting is happening. The plant is developing properly, and the second set of leaves is already visible. I'm keeping the coconut substrate moist with a spray bottle. I also did the first watering with water today.

mrJar The week went well, the plant is completely healthy and developing. I'm feeding it every other day at the root with about 0.5 liters of solution using the specified fertilizer portions. I spray water from a spray bottle on the leaves a few times a day.
I want to highlight two important points:
1. The plant has a slight mutation or is very sensitive to LST, the second is unlikely. As can be clearly seen in the photo, at the top growth point, the leaf development is asymmetrical, and the growth point itself is hardly stretching. However, I'm not too worried because the lower branches are already growing, and I can form a canopy from them, so everything will be OK.
2. In my 3rd grow, I've noticed small brown necrotic spots on the leaves of the plants. I can't figure out what this is related to. There are two possibilities - the fertilizers (maybe there's too much or too little of some element), or the fact that I'm spraying the plants under the lamp on the leaves, meaning burns. Usually, this problem isn't critical, but I think I'll stop spraying the leaves to check for possible burns.

mrJar The plant mutated a bit, and the first 2 pairs of leaves look a bit burnt (probably from spraying on the leaves under LED).
Nevertheless, the new growth tips and leaves look healthy.

mrJar The plant is developing without any issues, I'm feeding according to the manufacturer's chart. I'm bending the branches to stimulate the growth of side shoots, and I also did defoliation on 18/06. As you can see from the photo, not much has changed after defoliation.

mrJar The process is going smoothly, I periodically do defoliation and shape the canopy. Obviously, due to mutation, the plant is slowing down a bit in its development, but I think in about a week most of the area will be occupied and I can switch the light schedule to flowering.

mrJar Another week....
To be honest, the plant is developing slower than I expected, I'm posting current photos on day 45. Usually, in a 60x60 box, you can already switch to 12/12. This time, it's too early to switch to flowering mode, especially since it's unknown how many days the transition will take. I'm afraid the plant won't cover the entire area of the grow box.
But time is pushing me a bit; I definitely need to finish the cycle by mid-September, so I'll give it another 2-3 days and then switch the timer.

mrJar I switched the light schedule to 12/12 on 07.07.22. To evenly cover the area, I should have kept the schedule at 16/8 for another week, but I don't have time for that. So, it will just have to be as it comes...
Overall growth is stable, although in some places the branches have grown just like the main stem.
I periodically bend the branches and trim the leaves that are obstructing growth.
The PPM of the drainage is between 900-1000, and the plant is fully absorbing the nutrients I'm giving it.
Photo from 11.07.

mrJar The plant is slowly developing. I'm watering with compote every day, about 1-1.5 liters. The PPM of the drainage is holding at 900, which indicates that the plant is absorbing all the nutrients. As of 16/07/22, female signs were already visible, which is about 8 days after switching to the 12/12 schedule.

mrJar The plant has flowered and started stretching in growth. Everything is going according to plan.
O.M.G. has produced a lot of side branches, which means there will be plenty of buds, but they probably won't be big.
It's not very clear in the photo, but around the buds, the leaves are already getting covered in resinous trichomes, just how I like it.
It seems this strain will surprise us both with its effect and appearance 😍

mrJar Hey everyone!
The cycle is going OK, we're flowering and starting to smell
The leaves are richly covered in trichomes, and that's a good sign 😎
I hope this phenotype shows some color 🙏

mrJar Another week has passed, and I'm one week closer to harvest. The buds are slowly swelling, obviously, they won't be big. I cleaned the bottoms by 1/3, removing all the shoots and leaves. This is done so that the tops can develop better and accumulate resin.

mrJar Sativa genetics are what will stretch your flowering for many weeks 😄 Today is September 5, 2022, my girl is on day 52 of flowering and so far the trichomes are still clear. I hope in another 1-2 weeks we'll finally reach the finish line. The buds are quite small, but they contain a lot of resin and already have a decent effect.
