Well first of all I got a strong minty smell before she come down and didn’t think she would hold it but when you crack a nug that’s first thing you get. On first taste it’s abit diesel and on exhale abit more earthy comes in. But yeah what can I say outdoor in the UK she done great, I would say day or night smoke gives you that little body buzz like you could get up and do anything puts you in happy mindset. Would be happy to get hold of this strain again and try indoor!

Well this plant is finally down after a lot of weeks growing, wish she had another week or 2 in flower but the weather took a turn for worst with none stop rain for 2 days didn’t want to risk it all getting wasted so decided to chop her. She was wet through when chopped so hung in real dry conditions just to get that wetness of the buds then I moved to a more slow drying method. Trimmed up some buds after first few days will leave few more days trimmed then jar them up and will soon be onto leaving a smoke review. Really happy with this first year outdoors, next year will get some early finishing strains and experiment abit more with soil and stuff. Hope you liked the diary please like and check out the other diaries I’ve going on🌱🌱

I'm growing GrandDaddy Purple outside, so it's cool to see someone growing a parent plant outside. Good luck finishing her up!

Are these pots open bottom then in to the ground? Also the knuckle technique you have done, do you literally create a 90° bend in the stem?
Gorrilla420
Gorrilla420commented2 years ago
@@HigherTimes,hey there, well this year we are just trying different techniques to see what works best, with these we have dug hole around 6-8inch deep and filled with fresh soil then placed plant on top and built soil up round them just so there a little of the ground for if we get too much rain and don’t want them getting boggy. The knuckle is done by finding part of the stem that’s not too woody or too fresh, and your just creating a crease on the stem if done correctly it will be 90desgrees and may need some support until she heals, I use my finger nail and create a crease to make it little easier, if she has a open wound on her just wrap little tape round for few days and some kind of support and will be bang on, hope this helped a little
