We had storms. Plants nearly survived. I gave them support. Now they seem fine but the leaves weight is to big for the stem.🙃 Lots of attitude for a two week old.
Finally some strong sun and warm days.
This strain wants to grow!
I repotted 3 plants they didn't care. Didn't stop growing. The funky plant grows wild but strong. Two plants doing great , one is a bit behind and my 1yo son tried to eat a leaf. I hope plant isn't shocked too much.
Weather was touch and so are the plants looking.
This strain want to grow. Leaves are growing faster then the stem so with the heavy winds here they bend horizontal. Sometimes I give them some support for a day to survive the winds. Still I think these scruffy girls have a nice future.
Good wheater. Strong growth. Still in VEG but not for long it seems.
Plants developed a bit scruffy due to storms and instable wheater but now they stabilized a bit and grow more symetrical.
This strain wants to grow fast. Plants are looking a bit clumsy their stems are a bit weak and their green mass is big. They need support sometimes when the wind is too strong.
One plant is gigantic.
The stunted plant stays stunted.
All plants showed preflowering today. Next week I hope to see some flowers in progress...
Al started flowering. Stunted plant was removed.
Good health for the now 4 plants.
Weather is good but very windy. All plants need support. This plant grows very well but the stem and canopy are not balanced.
Solid growth. Two smallest plants live in an airpot. They have a much faster growth and were flowering before the ones in normal pots. They need more food and their leaves are more crispy, like lettuce.
The normally potted plants are taller and greener but significant slower.
This is what I learn. Airpots give faster blooming but stay smaller because vegetationtime is shorter.
Weather was warm but cloudy. Plants don't grow, only budforming. These plants produced big fanleaves but all are turning yellow slowly. Plants get enough nutrition in water but apparently they prefer this method.
Plants are healthy.
No summer at all, had one day of rain and strong winds. Plant 3 had starting budrot on one branch. Removed the branch, was able to save most buds but one.
This Thunderfuck's are smelling so strong. Nuts, mint, gassy. The buds are very compact. I hope to keep these plants alive for another week or two but I wil not let them stand in rain anymore..
Flowers are drying in a tent now. This journal will be finished with a cured smokereport and dry weigh-in in some weeks. See you then 🤗
Update:
Flowers are curing now. Took a small bud for a test.
The smell which always was complex, I didn't like too much during grow: it was pungent and nutty.
Now it transformed . It has Berry's and dark sweetness. Quite strong cerebral rush.
These Thunderfucks were planted outside, early may. They survived a dynamic spring and didn't grow in full potential. Still they thrived on their own and produced solid purple/green buds. Very smelly, a multilayered odeurscape with nuts, citrus, gassy and mint. A characteristic modern autohybrid with solid genetics.
One plant developed budrot in one bud. I was early and saved the plant. I drycure it apart from the others tough. Reason is the dense budgrowth and a full day of rain followed bij some cloudy days. I tried to shake the buds dry from water but didn't succeed completely. Plants were on their end and I was pushing them, still hoping for some sunny days. Well sun came back but too late for that branch on plant 3, the only plant who didn't turn purple and has the most minty smell.
Plants needed close observation and LST/defoliation, not a very easy grow but very rewarding in yield and pure fun.
At the end this is a very characteristic premium plant, gave me lots of fun and only a small portion of diva behaviour.
Recommended.
@CombatCat, tnx. I'm smoking the tf right now, it has to cure a bit more it's still a bit sharp but very strong and deeply purply fruity. Very different than expected and a serious hit
Thnx for your comment. .
Très bon choix de variétés, je remarque une très grande différence entre tes plants et le mien 😅 je vois que la météo n'est pas bonne et les températures un peu basse dans ton pays.. Dommage 👍
@JamesBarre, thank you for your comment🙏 I saw your plant and I'm jealous. It's true I live in a colder climate. That's why I'm not growing one plant but 4, 😅. The plant grows more due to its surrounding then it's genetics only.
Still I find this plant very characteristic, despite our defferent results. In my climate this strain is very eager and giving. Buds are all very compact, normally in my climate buds grow more airy.
The odeur is very strong and also individual. A modern hybrid. Multilayered .
Good luck with your next grows!
Bien amicalement, joffre
