In a week, the largest plant grew by 23 centimeters. Although I haven't grown many in my life, I know that they are the biggest so far...

Not sure if this is what you're talking about. Lower leaves will turn yellow and die because they are not getting enough sun. Pluck and throw away. Nothing to worry about.
