Hmmm... I've read through several weeks of your diary and the biggest concern I have about preparing for a new grow is that you had some bud rot on this one. Unless you've completely cleaned and sterilized your entire grow room (your set-up looks fabulous, btw), you'll undoubtedly have the same problem with your next plants. So I would make that a top priority before you even start germinating the seeds.
Cleaning out the reservoirs can be done with hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) using a 3% solution. To be honest, I only deal with single buckets which I empty of all water and then wipe down the interior with as much H2O2 as needed. It doesn't harm plants and in fact will kill off any bacteria in the water and so I also use it during the grow - I add about 3tsp of H2O2 per gallon. It also has the benefit of adding more oxygen to the water so it's a win/win additive to your reservoir and plants.
If, however, you're hoping this will kill off the bud rot fungus for your next grow, your reservoir is not where it came from. That problem came from having the humidity much too high during flower and not getting enough air flow through the plant. Next grow (after you've sterilized the area), consider some defoliation if you've got plants that are really bushy like these plants, make sure you've got good air flow and get your humidity down in the 40s during flower.
I'm so glad you found and cut away the bud rot that you did - smoking that stuff is VERY harmful to your lungs!
Good luck!
