Welcome everybody! This is my first ever Genohunt!!
Growing alongside with my wife 🌱
Currently in the garden;
-5x Gelat.OG
-3x White Widow
Wife’s special!
-1x Berry White
(Some bag-seeds she wanted to pop)
Soil inoculation:
1 Gallon of dechlorinated water
Nutrients:
1/8 of a Tsp of Quillaja
1 Tsp of Horticultural Aloe (overkill, try 1/4 teaspoon)
2/3 of a Tsp of Rootwise Mycrobe Complete
Mixed up in a bucket and poured into a Chapin 19069 sprayer
Pre-moistened the soil, directly sowed seeds and placed into humidity dome on top of a heat mat.
Lights:
20/4 light cycle (6AM-2AM)
Intensity dimmed to 20-30%
Height hanging at 24” from the top of the nursery cup and or canopy
PPFD: Don’t have a meter yet so can’t tell the exact par but I estimate between 200-300
Temperatures:
Daytime 80-85 F
Nighttime 70-75 F
RH: 50-60% Naturally, humidifier added and set to 75-85% once seeds popped, came out of the dome and off the heat mat
Feeding and watering:
Water only and I’ll “throw the whole kitchen sink” at them once a week
6/5 Popped seeds
6/8 Seeds popped through the soil
6/12 Light watering, top was drying out and the cups felt lighter, also noticed the leggy-ness. I believe my in-line fan hasn’t been kicking on when it reaches target temps so not enough fresh air exchange? (but I’m not sure), try hanging the light at 22” and dimmed to 20-30% next round
6/13 One of them had fallen over, so I added small dirt mounds around most of the seedlings to add support
6/16 First feeding!
1 gallon of water
-1/8 of a Tsp of Quillaja
-1 Tsp of Rootwise Mycrobe Complete
-1/4 Tsp of Big 6 Micro Nutrients
-1 Tsp of Pure Protein Dry for drench
-1/4 Tsp of Horticultural Aloe
-5 ml Rootwise Enzyme Elixir
Mixed up in a bucket and poured into a Chapin 19069 sprayer
6/19 Top of the soil is drying out and I believe they drank a lot of that feeding quick! They’re ready for just water this morning
6/21 Soil drying out again, quick watering!
6/23 Transplant day!
6/23
3 1/2 gallons of water (Let’s say 4 gallons)
-Added above nutrients to water, mixed up and poured into the Chapin Sprayer
-Added 10-20 Red Wriggler worms in each pot
-Added 1/2 cup of BuildASoil Craft Blend to the soil,
-Transplanted the seedlings, sprinkled a handful of BuildASoil Cover Crop in each pot and added barely mulch on top. All watered in.
-Light intensity set to 50%
6/26 Watered, water only
Not much going on here except for #1, seems sensitive to feeding and I believe has a small nitrogen toxicity.
6/30 Watered
7/03 Watered, I believe #1 is kicking the Nitrogen toxicity already
Still not much to report since I mainly use water only. I go in everyday, check the humidifier, tuck any leaves and will be taking clones within this week!
I grinded up 9 Tbsp of Gnarly Barley (1 extra for the wife’s plant) applied to the soil and watered in. *1Tbsp per plant*
