Mellow smoke but still quite grassy as it's not been cured. Unfortunately I only managed to get in a few days flushing before I had to chop due to the bud rot so I think a long cure will be necessary. Nice looking buds though and now she's mostly dried plenty of amber trichs and hairs ! I think she was more ready than I thought ! I dried loose buds in a paper bag and hung up larger branches then trimmed off stems and transferred to paper bags once most of the buds felt tacky and not wet. It is very humid here so I felt a slightly quicker drying method was needed to prevent any mold developing. Thankfully no more mold as of yet :) . . . Little update, after around a week drying I fully inspected all buds and still found a couple of tiny areas of mold which I have removed so all buds have been trimmed off their stalks and fully air dried. I plan to decarb and turn the remainder in to green dragon tincture so all is not lost :) still a great experience, however !

All in all an easy grow, definitely faced with more difficulties outside due to bugs and mold but easy to care for, vigorous and not a fussy plant. I would like to run one inside and see the difference in yeild but for a first time outdoor northern grow 2.5oz is not bad for a beginner, definitely considering I lost 2 branches and the top part of the cola :) Also got a nice 2oz bag of wet trim to play with so I'll be making some edibles in the near future !

Unfortunately we had a branch snap off, I've attempted to graft it back on, does anyone know how long it could take to fuse back on ? And what are the chances of it being successful ? Thanks

I use painters tape to mend broken branches. I leave it on for at least a week, then the healing is typically finished. If I have any issues removing the tape, I leave it on til harvest - it won't hurt anything. So far I've always been successful at saving the branch. Good luck! 👍

Noticed a little yellowing on one of her leaf tips today on the main cola. Shouldn't have any deficiency at this point as I've only just started to flush. Is this the beggining of her fade?

Hello ! So you must have a slight Calcium deficiency , as your upper leaves star to bleach up a bit. It is not the beggining of her fade , this phenomenon is called senescence and the plant discoloration would looks more homogeneous. I also noticed that you leaves have interveinal yellowing that makes me think about a Pagnesium def as well. If you just started to flush her then continue as those slight deficiencies will nor more affect you yield or the general health of your plant ! I hope it wiil help you 😁👍

@OutForReal, if I hadn't taken her in to take some macro shots I'd have missed it for sure until it was too late. You have to be very vigilant 😂 I've been on red alert since she started flowering as I just knew it'd happen. Sorry to hear it was too late for your girls, that really sucks !

@Fergie, it's a nightmare 😥 I've got another auto that was planted a week after this one only just beginning to flower too ! And a photo that's getting ready to flip naturally ... Can't see them doing too well if the weather carries on like this 🙄

@Theindiqueen,You saved her from worst as last year I had the same king of mold but it remain "undercover" until harvest and make me loose most of my outdoor Crop crop 😅

Mine looks like yours in the 7th week, but it is on it's 9th week. It has 43cm and is very healthy but I want it to be bigger and with more flowers. The temperature here is min 13°C - max 33°C. I give it just 1L with a general fertilizer + the soil is rich in nutrients and I used too "Easy Boost Organic Nutrition" from RQS. The pot is 7L maybe. I want to know what can I do, should I cut the Fan Leaves, wait 14 weeks to harvest, etc? Also I want to harvest 2 time.

@darko93, hahaha we're all guilty of expecting huge amounts lol maybe 500g planted in the ground in southern Spain haha but definitely not in a little pot. Best thing is to be patient I have learned :) I'll check out your diary

@DudeGrowsWeed,thankyou ! Sadly I had to take off the branch and put it in water, I think it must have been snapped off a while longer than I thought. It is looking okay in water so far though, just got to keep checking for rooting now ! Thanks for stopping by :)

@Larimar, yes I've caught my cats and dog going at the plants a few times now, especially now she's in flower ! They're getting quite big now so it's harder to keep moving them out of the way ! Hopefully only a few weeks left :)
