Made the rookie mistake of damaging her taproot via transplant to the big pot :( I am very lucky she bounced back so quick ! I have used fibre pots instead of plastic since and had no issues. Phew !

One set of leaves seems bigger than the other... Maybe from the taproot damage? Anyhow she seems to be rooting and shooting so I'm not complaining !

She is thriving in our lovely weather. I have been light on the nutes so far and she's taken it well, seeing new growth every day !

Another rookie error ! I went away for a few days and left the babes in a boiling hot greenhouse unvented greenhouse over a real scorcher of a weekend... thankfully had a big drink before I left so all was okay ! Just looking a little heat stressed. Perked up quickly after a feed and a day in the fresh air ! Also started opening up her canopy with some light LST :)

She has started shooting up this week ! Started showing pre flowers on day 30 so I added a little bloom nute to her feeds. She looks so lush and healthy, a pleasure to grow ! Been having minor issues with bugs... Mainly aphids but not enough to cause big problems. I am lucky to have jumping spiders and ladybirds helping me keep them at bay !

Really flying along this week. Upped her bloom nutes and added a seaweed tonic as I have heard good things from other growers. Experimenting with PK boost, I have noticed a great divide on whether it is worth using or not, I tried it on my vegetable crops and so far so good so I am happy to see how this girl takes it ! I am being super careful with her feedings and have not experienced any problems so far so hoping I am on the right track !

Well here's a plot twist... I noticed a few leaves had been chewed last week when I left her out of the greenhouse overnight, I assumed it was neighborhood cats. Let my dog out earlier without supervision as he's been fine with the plants before and this time he's chewed a load of lower fans off :( hoping it won't harm her too much now she's in full swing. One of the lowest branches was hanging off too so I pulled it out and bandaged her up. None of the bud sites have been damaged but I can't say I'm not disappointed, things were going really well :( ... Things are going from bad to worse ! Last night one of my cats used her as a climbing frame and ripped one of her second branches out :( I've attempted a graft but I've not got much hope, it's still pretty floppy and lifeless this morning but I'll give it a few days to see if it'll bind or not. It feels as though everything that could go wrong certainly is !

Unfortunately we had a branch snap off, I've attempted to graft it back on, does anyone know how long it could take to fuse back on ? And what are the chances of it being successful ? Thanks

I use painters tape to mend broken branches. I leave it on for at least a week, then the healing is typically finished. If I have any issues removing the tape, I leave it on til harvest - it won't hurt anything. So far I've always been successful at saving the branch. Good luck! 👍

Explosive growth this week, she's really bushing out and showing no signs of stress from last week's attacks. Took off the snapped branch in the end and put it in water as it was no match for this heatwave and started to wilt badly. It's perked up quite a lot. Im not sure what will happen and if it will root or not but it's a fun experiment ! Happy with her progress so far ! Will update with more photos throughout the week. . Day 53 ... Weather's been absolutely horrid so she's been in the greenhouse most of the weekend. Buds are fattening up nicely though and plenty of trichs ! I defoliated most of her big fans the other day to open her up a bit. Doesn't seem to have caused any issues. No more growth in height this week so I think we're on the home stretch now !

Starting week 9... Finished cleaning her leaves up, weather has been very wet and humid lately so I've tried to keep as much airflow as possible. Pests seem to be none existent at the moment. Not an aphid in sight since she's started flowering ? I'm definitely not complaining ! Shes crept another inch in height over the last week, hopefully not long left :) will update with more photos throughout the week.

Entering week 10... Super impressed with pest resistance and low odour, one of the reasons I grew this strain ! Going to carry on with nutrients for another week or so and start dialling them down then probably start flushing :) real happy with her size for an outdoor northern grow !

Weather hasn't been too great this week, little worried about mold but I keep checking daily and shaking her when the rain stops to help her dry off quicker. Going to start reducing nutes and start flushing very soon. Noticing more and more amber hairs every day and she's thickening up fast so I think we're getting close :) will update with some more macro shots through the week. ... Took some more macro shots today, trichomes looking mainly clear still I think. So a couple more weeks I'm guessing? Exciting stuff ! ...

Noticed a little yellowing on one of her leaf tips today on the main cola. Shouldn't have any deficiency at this point as I've only just started to flush. Is this the beggining of her fade?

Hello ! So you must have a slight Calcium deficiency , as your upper leaves star to bleach up a bit. It is not the beggining of her fade , this phenomenon is called senescence and the plant discoloration would looks more homogeneous. I also noticed that you leaves have interveinal yellowing that makes me think about a Pagnesium def as well. If you just started to flush her then continue as those slight deficiencies will nor more affect you yield or the general health of your plant ! I hope it wiil help you 😁👍

We got the dreaded bud rot :( I knew it was coming all along after the amount of rain and humidity we've had lately, it was inevitable. It turns out this was most likely the reason for the leaf fading at the top as the leaf was growing from the affected area. She has been chopped now as I can't take anymore risk. Managed to save most of the plant and discarded the very top of the cola, trichomes were mostly milky so she wasn't far off at least. Will update with yeild in a week or so :)

All in all an easy grow, definitely faced with more difficulties outside due to bugs and mold but easy to care for, vigorous and not a fussy plant. I would like to run one inside and see the difference in yeild but for a first time outdoor northern grow 2.5oz is not bad for a beginner, definitely considering I lost 2 branches and the top part of the cola :) Also got a nice 2oz bag of wet trim to play with so I'll be making some edibles in the near future !
