it was a hard week for me and the girls but we made it out. I landed in hospital for 6 days and the girls had to manage without any care or nutrients for that time. Yesterday I cleaned my RDWC system with vinegar and transplanted the girls in their rightful place. Let's hope they will replenish and gain strength fast.
It's also the first time I'm using Jungle Indabox nutrients so I probably will have some troubles to figure out the right amount of solution I start with the dosage the producer recommends. I also got some leftovers Atazyme from Atami so i will use that instead of Jungleindabox's "M" for some time.
This week was a great recovery time for the girls after the lack of care from last week🌈
Although it wasn't a smooth ride because my PH meter broke down, at first i thought it was the electrode so i ordered a new one but after it arrived it showed exactly the same gibberish measurements as the old electrode.
So i took to my screwdriver and hammer and tried to fix the PH meter itself, to my surprise after my try's & calibration it did work for exactly one evening.
So i had to order a new device with i still did not get, but to my luck the PH seems to be good and the girls are finally growing nicely.
I will have to make a complete systems solution change when i finally get a working PH device becouse my EC is now 1.8 thanks to all that upping the PH and downing it.
All in all i consider this week a success, although mostly thanks to luck 🍀
i also want to thank all the people here for the attention and support you really are the best growmies 💪🍻💚
27.06.
Plant #1 shows signs of Cal Mag deficiency so i add 50 ml of Cal Mag to the 140 litre reservoir, next day plant looks much better but EC is high.
PH 6,0
EC 2,3
29,06,
Complete reservoir change because of the high EC. I use well water with has an EC (without nutritions) 0,7.
I add
Jungle Indabox nutrients
A: 150ml.
B: 50ml.
M: 95ml.
Atami Atazyme: 280ml.
Canna Cal Mag: 140ml.
and i drop 40 ml. of PH-
Ph is about 6,0
EC 1,9
I'm still new to the Jungle Indabox nutes so the amounts are what the producer is recommending for now.
30,06
EC drops to 1.5 (awsome :)
i add 10ml of PH- to keep the PH in range.
01,07,
Plant #1 starts again showing signs of cal mag deficiency or something else, but for now i drop to the reservoir:
Cal Mag: 70ml. and some Ata Clean 13ml.
PH stable, EC 1.9
02,07,
Plant #1 looks better but not awesome the girls did not drink much water & the EC is 1,9 the same as i left it a day before, not sure why.
I decide to feed her with more nutes (probably a bad decision ;)), but i wanna see how far with nutes i can go, what the upper limit i got.
If it does nothing good i will make a complete reservoir water change in two days time and try the water from my other well ( I got two wells) the one i used in my earlyier grows (maybe it"s the watter).
My PH numbers are approximate because i'm using PH papers for now till my new Ph meter arrives.
I want to thank all the people who came to see my diary I really appreciate it....You guys (and girls) rock 💪💪💪
P.S. Dropped some photos from my other experiment in the diary :)
Hi growmies 👋
So since last week a barley added any nutrients i just add water to the system and defoliate some leaves everyday.
On tuesday my new PH meter finally arrived & it could not come in a better moment, one of my plants started showing signs of stres and spots on leavs the girls all together did not drink much of the water and i wondered what it could be 😕 Then it arrived... oh my joy 😅
After calibration it showed my solution was at 5.14 PH insted adding ph+ (because my EC is 2.4) I decided to remove about 10l of my solution from the reservoir and replace it with fresh water which has a PH of 6.75, that brought my PH to 5.74 and to my joy when i got to check on my girls on wednesday they drunk about 3'5 to 4 liters of water and the spots on leaves where gone 😁
Since wednesday my plants drink 3 to 3,5liters a day which makes me very heppy on thuresday i just added 50ml. of calmag.
I didn't add any more nutrients because i think i just found the upper limit of my nutes and what the girls can absorb and as the whole week and today my EC is 2.4.
I keep the Spider Farmer SE7000 at the height of 30 centimeters and run it at 410 Watts which gives me 630 PPFD at centers and 430 PPFD at edges (see screen shots).
The plants look happy which makes me happy 😊
All the best to you my fellow growers and thank you for attention I hope you come see my progress next week.
Hello growmies & firends 👋
This week i want to compliment my four Killer Kush girls, they grow nicely and except some LST & defoliation i did no topping at all and still this variety branches off very nicely.
I will be topping them though next week or so right befor switching to flower.
The girls are as of today 34 centimeters high and i keep them 32 cm. from the SE7000 at around 630 PPFD.
11.07.
Killer Kush #1 finally shows signs of nute deficiency, she's the most picky and i love her for that (If you remember last week i added only some calmag to the reservoir).
I add:
Jungle Indabox nutrients
A: 75ml.
B: 30ml.
M: 50ml.
Hesi Power Zyme: 140ml.
Canna Cal Mag: 70ml.
Ata Clean: 7ml
PH: 5,8
EC: 2,8
14.07.
While doing a weekly root check i found that Killer Kush #4 sealed with roots my pipe that leads to the water pump, she did it that hard that i had to shut the pump to take out the roots from the pipe...the roots in the pipe where about 50 to 70 cm. long
Otherwise everything is running great.
I add:
Jungle Indabox nutrients
A: 75ml.
B: 40ml.
M: 50ml.
Hesi Power Zyme: 140ml.
Canna Cal Mag: 70ml.
Ata Clean: 6ml
PH: 5,95
EC: 3.3
i know most of growers would never run the ECPPM that high, but i have to say that me with my laziness i swap the water when it hits around 3,5 EC or 1900 PPM. As of today my EC is 3.1 so i will top up the solution with nutes tomorrow and change the water somewhere next week befor switching to flower.
I defoliate and top feed the girls every day.
That's all for this week, i invite you to come and visit my diary next week.
All the best to you growmies.
A big hello to my fellow growers 👋 This was a hard week for me because i got a visit from my family & most of the week week i was plain drunk and high 😜
16.07.
After i made my diary update last week i came to look at my girls in the evening and the plants looked sad so i add:
Jungle Indabox nutrients
A: 70ml.
B: 40ml.
M: 60ml.
Hesi Power Zyme: 100ml.
Canna Cal Mag: 80ml.
Ata Clean: 5ml
PH: 5.7
EC: 3.7
20.07.
My EC that day was 3.7 although my PH was stable the whole time from last reservoir change i decide to swap the water.
I was totally hangover and while pairing fresh (cold) water from my well i did not boil some of it on a stove as i usually do
I just throw in the 12 degree celsius water my submersible Heater Rod and go to sleep.
After i woke up i notice the heating rod was wrongly plugged in and my water was at 15 celsius 💩
Still i heavy defoliate & decide to go full dark mode for 36 hours to get the girls in to flower
i did no Topping because the Killer Kush plants branch so nicely and i did not wont to stress them no more then i already did witch the cold water....
still the next two days i worry if the girls will survive 😓
I add:
Jungle Indabox nutrients
A: 60ml.
B: 170ml.
M: 115ml.
Hesi Power Zyme: 260ml.
Canna Cal Mag: 140ml.
Ata Clean: 8ml
Plagron ph-: 40ml.
PH: 6.3
EC: 2.1
22.07.
Because of another night of heavy drinking and smoking i forged to plug the SE7000 lamp at 7am. instead i plug it at 9.40am.
I measured the PPFD (see screenshot) and decide to hang the SE7000 at a height of 36.cm and 600 Watts.
i also added some PH- through another stupid mistake that i had to fix with a little PH+ 💩 (Don't drink & grow).
PH: 5,8
EC: 2.0
23.07.
The girls still live they survived my terrible mistakes 😓
But still from monday i will be away for about 10 days and my plantsiter will only add water to the reservoir and some premix nutes
I add:
Jungle Indabox nutrients
A: 60ml.
B: 85ml.
M: 60ml.
Hesi Power Zyme: 140ml.
Canna Cal Mag: 70ml.
Ata Clean: 6ml
Plagron ph-: 40ml.
PH: 5.8
EC: 2.7
That was a crazy week wish me and my girls luck for the next 10 to 12 days we need it 🙏 All the best to you guys too 😇
And come visit my diary in two weeks time and see if the girls survived 😎 Stay strong growmies 💪
Hello to you all 👋 Most of this week I was away as i wrote at my last entry so that's why my diary is coming late, but on sunday i will make a new entry with the freshest photos and developments in my mini garden
So my wife & and plant sitter did an awesome job at ading water, ice and premixed nutrients to the system and my girls are entering fast in to flower the PH was stable the whole time i was away.
Before i left my garden i installed a ScrOG net and after that my plan sitter took over for over one and a half week...I came back today to this wonderful and dense canopy.
Enjoy the photos growmies and all the best in all your endeavors 💪
A big hello to my fellow growers👋....Finally i came back to my garden & could lay my hands on the Killer girls and train them for flowering period on the pictures you can see the outcome.
05.08.
I arrived home after my journey and immediately started working on defoliation and LST.
I add some nutriants:
Jungle Indabox
A: 30ml.
B: 90ml.
M: 60ml.
Hesi Power Zyme: 100ml.
Canna Cal Mag: 80ml.
Ata Clean: 4ml
PH: 6.15
EC: 3.4
07.08.
Final defoliation, am happy with the outcome.
PH: 5.95
EC: 3.3
So happy with my plantsitter she really did a great job, i feel that part of my thanks belongs to the Jungle indabox nutrients...during my 11 days away the PH did not swing one bit.
All the best to you growmies come visit next week 😇

PH: 6.0
EC: 3.9
the next couple days my EC is going down from 3.9 at a rate of 0.1 points a day to 3.3EC i had today (14,08.) Still i decide to change the reservoir solution to a fresh mix because i want to give some flower boosters and PK13-14.
14.08.
While draining my old solution for the system i notice i got only 120 liters in my bucket's a change from 140 liters from before my plants developed root balls, do each plant has approximately 5 liters of roots.

Canna PK12/13: 80ml.
As of today all the plants look healthy, I'm dropping my first video in the next weeks there will be more to watch, at least i hope so. In the video i made a mistake at the begining describing the right side the left one....sorry for that, will try to do a better job in the future.
That's it for this week I hope everyone had as good a week as i did, hopefully see you next week ...all the best to you my friends and keep it growing.💪

Hello and welcome to a fresh edition of the diary I really appreciate you guys visiting and all the likes 👋💪
The trichomes on the Killer Kush girls # 1, 2 and 3 are half way milky...I'm thinking about two weeks time till chop day for them or so. Killer Kush #4 is about a week or more behind her girlfriends with flowering.
I think i'm gonna chop the three girlfriends and give #4 a week more for flower buildup....she's the biggest girl it would be a shame for her not to reach her potential.
Here are the transcripts of how my week did go through:
29.08. I add:
Canna Cal Mag: 50ml.
PH: 6,1
EC: 3,6
31.09. The girls drink only like 4 liters of solution a day otherwise everything looks golden i decide though to change the solution for fresh maybe that will make them drink more

Ph: 6,0
EC: 2,0
03,09, Plants look hungry and drink a lot... I add:

Hello to you my dear friends and visitors 👋I appreciate you guys visiting and all the likes 😇
Trichomes on the Killer Kush girls ...are mostly milky with a couple transparent mostly on KK#4 and some amber is getting through to, so with all probability i will flush and go dark mode somewhere this thursday or friday (i'll keep you guys updated).
I did set the SE 7000 to 630 Watt for about a week now as i read that it stimulates the plant to grow more bud...here the sorce: https://growlightmeter.com/lighting-requirements-of-cannabis-over-the-full-grow-cycle/

A big hello to My fellow growers & friends 👋 Finally the big day has come, as of today at 7pm i will turn out the lights and start five (or so) days of darkness for the four lovely Killer Kush girls.
The trichomes are reaady (in my opinion), it took a little bit longer than expected but it's the first time I grew photoperiods. Super happy how it turn out tought 😍
Here are the transcripts of how my week did go through:
12.09. My Ph is 5,95 and the girls drunk very little last night so i add some 4 ml. of Ph+ to the reservoir

EC: 4.1
Yesterday on 18.IX. I came down to the basement and wound aa puddle of water (see the pictures) it was not system leak, sometimes my basement just takes on water...obviously it's more moisture is very unwelcome at this stage.
I plugged in my dehumidifier and after couple hours the puddle was gone... you can see in the picture how much Watts my system is using all together with a dehumidifier included.
That's it for this week I hope everyone had as good a week as i did, hopefully see you next week 😇 all the best to you my friends and keep it growing 💪
This diary should have been updated a long time ago but the lack of time and mine reluctance to actually go back to the time of harvest, I did delete most of photographs of the harvest in rage as it was not a nice memory for me, here is why.
So the last update i made to the diary was on 19 September and already then i knew something was brewing because we had a week long rain spell and it did not look like it was about to stop at that and the weather forecast showed a month more of rain. Without that rain and high RH i would probably give them girls one more week under the SE 7000 :/
The weather forecast was unfortunately right, so all in all we had around six week of relentless rain...outside it was from 90 to 95% RH in my house it was mostly 85%RH and in my grow room which is located in a basement i had from 60 to 63%RH with lights and dehumidifier on and around 70% with lights off. And that was a killer for my tightly packt grow room.
What i did was to open all the walls from the grow room at dark time and had two big external fans blowing air at my plants but it did not help much... My first observation of bud rot was on 24 of September while making photographs of the beautiful buds. That week i lost to bud rot 4 bud stems, after the chop while drying i found another 5 infected stems, and by final trim just before jaring them i removed one more.
So all together i lost to bud rot 10 bud stems, four of them were really big ones. I had made some pictures of the buds with bud rot and of the buds hangin in drying room but they did not survive my dark mood :( Sot thats the reason i got only few photographs to show for it.
The final weighing was actually not as bad and lightened my mood a bit, that and that that i did not found any more mold on my cured Killer Kush :) So the dry weight after curing was 720 gram of dry bud I still till today did not make # from all the trimmings...but the trimmings are properly dried and waiting for bubble bugs in my freezer.
After this learning experience i decided to add at least one more 30W air mixing internal fan, and i did get to know one of my relatives possess a 300W dehumidifier so next time i will be better prepared.
Maintenance wise i will try to defoliate and lollipop my plants more aggressively to let in more air penetration.
