This week I added a thick layer of mulch to prevent too much evaporation on the surface due to sun exposure. I get the organic matter from the dry leaves of the trims that I mix with the mulch and substrate I recover from the top 3-4cm of my harvested pots, a material I highly value with a great load of microbiology and hard elements like stems, chips, straw, etc. in the process of biological degradation that I have been recycling for several seasons. Water consumption is moderate, though it's gradually increasing; roots have started to appear at the base of the pot, and I'm expecting any moment now for a burst in this plant's growth... an easy, happy, and promising grow! The plant has strengthened a lot, the tie on the main branch has yielded results, and multiple branches are reaching for the light canopy. In this growing season, I'm experimenting with much higher EC concentrations than usual, along with massive inoculation of microbiology into the substrate, to make the rhizosphere very functional in nutrient transfer. I'm working on giving structure to the soil to improve nutrient assimilation and root mobility. I've started making early applications with my potassium hydrolysate from Leonardite (humic acids), and my mix of cooked dry amendments, which contains a third of worm humus, and the semi-decomposed organic matter from microorganisms I add as mulch helps structure the substrate. The microorganisms are happily working in my substrates; they always find food, energy, and minerals, and the reflection of all these processes is shown in the grow... life goes on! 🌲👨‍🌾. There's a noticeable difference in the formation and growth of the buds compared to its sister 3M ✠ S₭UИ Ձ.Օ ► ƒϑ., however, even though the buds are smaller on this plant, the amount of trichomes it shows is significantly greater in this strain. I want maximum light exposure throughout the grow and to benefit from the fantastic spectrum of sunlight! ☀️💡 Watering is frequent, I do it deeply every 3 days, the composition of the watering mixes is very varied, I never repeat the same watering formula, at least not from the last 5 waterings, mixes that I make with intention, this week two waterings... A bit of Silicon (Bio Si) that helps strengthen the branches and give them elasticity, although this plant doesn't need it now for that function, as the branches are short and sturdy. Silicon in the flowering stage favors trichome creation, I continue to add PK from different organic or mineral sources in each watering. For example, I'm experimenting with watering using a new Potassium Hydrolysate from Leonardite (Humate PK) and calcined bone meal (Ca, P). In another watering, I added PK with my Bio Ferment of mountain enzymes and microorganisms (MM) with PKS (Bio PKS). This preparation contains sulfur that enhances the work of the enzymes and microorganisms. To provide energy to the grow, I add vitamins, amino acids, sugars, enzymes... and micronutrients using some of my multi-fruit preparations, either in Bio Ferment mode (Bio Frutas EM) or Lacto ferment. The difference between both preparations is that all the Bio ones are made with Activated Mountain Microorganisms (MMA) and enzymes from Fermented Grass, while the Lacto Ferments are made with raw milk whey and Homemade Lactic Acid Bacteria (BAL). In this case, the fermentation, which produces the dissolution of nutrients and the chelation of minerals, is thanks to the lactic acid from the whey and the BAL. I have also added a bit of ormus to regulate the pH of the mix and provide Mg, S, Ca, and many trace minerals. Lastly, MMA Plus, a second-generation multi-nutrient and mineral Bio ferment that I've had for two years and that I keep in constant anaerobic fermentation, fantastic for mass inoculation in the substrate of Activated Mountain Microorganisms (MMA) and providing traces of all the minerals from the periodic table... so that my girl has everything she needs! 🙋‍♂️💃🕺😁 Until next time... I harvested this plant after nine weeks from the switch to flowering and six weeks of vegetative growth. The last watering was done only with pure mountain spring water, the only one of its kind that I do during a grow; the rest of the waterings always include some of my bio nutrients. My strategy is based on creating a light substrate with just varied minerals, few nutrients, good drainage, and aeration. I apply soluble bio fertilizers with each watering because I aim for high-yield crops. The plant accidentally had a total darkness period for 4 days, which caused premature aging. After that, I kept it under normal light periods for 10 days, and the plant managed to recover quite a bit. I’m happy with the production, considering the size of the plant and the pot.
