Welp after a very stressful week, it looks like these ladies are finally doing well again.
Heres what happened vs what I did to rectify:
Algae bloom during week 2 due to peaking light and acidic water levels.. turns out my meters were way out of wack so dosing them with PH down numerous times throughout the day was surely a problem..
I ordered a new ph meter pen and using its calibration solution, i managed to finally dial in the correct ph both before nutrients and after.. my system is currently holding its ph way better and on a much more reasonable climb throughout the week.
Looks like I went and panicked a bit too soon and threw down 2 more beans so now im hard pressed on what to do.
Do i continue to hike on with the 2 ladies in the buckets, keep things the way they are, and move the 2 new beans to soil for outdoors?
OR
Do i start fresh with the 2 new beans given the fact that Id like to really see the potential of this strain in a perfect environment which i now obtained?
Kind of a tough call to make at this point but being that my last grow around week 3 I had 12inch plants and we have now entered week 3 with around 4 inchers, i dont know what to do..........
Lets see what the majority vote will be.
BIG UPDATE!!!!
The girls have cracked back and are healthier than ever! theres no stopping them now! The decision was made on day 5 of week 3 so i put the newlings in their soil starter apartments for the next 2 weeks until they can go finish up outside in their big girl pots.
cannot wait to see what a few more weeks will do. Hoping they shoot up and show more growth before really going into flower. fingers crossed...... stay tuned ladies and gents!!
