Yep, quite common and the plant will be fine.
Forget the molasses, it does basically nothing.
Get some fulvic acid, humic acid and amino acids, these will actually do wonders for your plant.

8/27/2022- found out I had deficiencies with Calcium, P, and K. Made a banana tea, added eggshells, and worm castings. Hope she gets well soon.
