omg... if you put her out in the hot sun in her condition, you will lose your plants! DO NOT DO THIS! If this is a tent grow, the plants would need to be "hardened off" to take full sun (i.e., put out in the shade for a day or two BEFORE putting them in full sun)... any grower of ANYTHING - weed, vegetables, flowers, ANYTHING - will tell you that! Your plants will simply burn up ... DAMN!
I AM concerned about your nutes - are you making your own Bokashi soil amendments? These can take up to 6 weeks to be ready for use... and everything depends on what and how you constitute the compost... Your plants look to me like they are getting far too much nitrogen and too little potassium/phosphorus. If you want to grow organically, that's fine - but I would stick with something like BioBizz as they've made all those calculations for the grower and you KNOW what the NPK is... with Bokashi, you would have to perform your own analysis and I suspect you haven't done that.
I'm also concerned about your statement that the pH has bounced between 6.5 and 7.0 ... inconsistent pH levels will take its toll on cannabis and stress the plants out. If you don't have a pH pen, I'd advise you to invest in one soon - it's the single most important tool you can own for a grow imho... you will be able to get VERY accurate and precise readings so you know exactly what you're giving your grow.
And yes... stop watering the entirety of the plant... leaves should not be wet after watering/feeding unless you've used a foliar feed - and those you want to use at lights out... not while lights are on as that can lead to burn as well.
Good luck...
