day 7 from germination i had my light too high so the seedlings stretched a lil bit.....i added a crutch until they get bigger...lowered my light ... have them in 1 gallon fabric pots and will switch to their final 5 gallon fabric pots about 1 week before switching to flower (that way i only have to transplant 1 time).... been feeding it normal phed water but will start the nutrients in a day or 2....got them under a 315 cmh light but i plan on buying a led light soon since this tent is a lot smaller then my last one.....the new tent is just like a ac infinity only cheaper in price by a company called lykos,has the thick bars and thick fabric just like the ac infinity tents only they cost less.... only bad side is they only sell smaller sized tents

day 15 from seed and this plant is growing a little slow so far compared to the other plant but it always has done this in the past and catches up to the other plants by flower time.... i think my ph pen needs calibrated as you can see the color of the leaves but nothing too big it's definitely not nutrient related but is ph related.... i added some crystals to my tent known to promote fast healing and for protection (they say music makes plants grow better so i am experimenting to see if adding a few crystals in my tent does anything i'm not someone practicing witchcraft or something lol just for fun really)😅

day 21 from seed and ran into a problem: my heat is getting too high causing my plants to soak up more nutrients then normal getting slight burnt tips....until i can get temps down i'll try feeding at half strength....both plants have been topped...the chempie has a good smell coming from it already but is stunted by the heat....the critical is growing a lot faster then most of my plants but it's sucking up nutrients more causing burnt tips....hope i can get my temps down without using a a/c...my only options are going led lights and getting rid of the cmh or buying a portable a/c , just trying to keep them alive until then😐

day 28 from seed and still dealing with high temps which is causing it to take in more nutrients and giving the leafs burnt tips ,so I'm feeding light on nutrients, has been topped multiple times and starting to get a lil bit of a smell to it... i ordered a portable a/c from amazon and sure enough today got a message saying they are refunding me i guess the deliver person dropped the a/c and broke it ugh lol

day 35 from seed, i got the chempie topped/fimmed multiple times and transplanted into the final 5 gallon fabric pot... in the pic the plant is a lil bit stressed from transplanting into a bigger pot but will look better by next week, it's already getting a strong smell definitely smell them chem dawg in it, i do not plan on topping it anymore just gonna veg out for 2 more weeks then make the flip into flower😀 note....this strain is definitely more sensitive to transplanting and nutrients then my other strains but i know from growing this strain before that when stretch time comes this strain explodes in growth compared to most other strains...still dealing with high temps but i got my bigger exhaust fan in the tent now and it's helped big time in a few weeks i'm switching to led lighting which will also help bring temps down i plan on using a 301h samsung light for flower

day 42 from seed... dealing with a slight magnesium deficiency this strain like lower levels of nutrients and extra cal mag if you plan on growing it....i put epsom salt in the soil and added a extra teaspoon of cal-mag per feeding to combat the magnesium problem so should be good in a few days.....i topped multiple times and have all the branches tied down i guess i'll do one more week of veg to get these newly topped spot a chance to grow a few branches before the flip😐

day 1 of flower...the last topping i did has not grown new branches yet so i flipped it to flower hoping it keeps the plants shorter...lights on 12 hours now...dealing with magnesium problem still if you grow this plant i would add non scented Epsom salt to the soil by week 3 of veg and also use cal-mag....this plant is already putting on a heavy smell while in veg smells sort of like gas mixed with old library books and i love it....i did accidently lose 2 branches that snapped off during super cropping which sucks...i also did a heavy defoliation and lollipopped about 4 days ago instead of waiting until week 3 of flower... i feed my plants the regular veg nutrients the 1st 2 weeks of flower and don't usually switch to flower nutrients until beginning of week 3 flower to help give it that extra strength during stretch...also been dealing with high temps in the tent so i will turn my fans up now and hope that helps😀 with how much smell this has in flower you definitely want a carbon filter to grow this strain or neighbors are gonna smell it lol

start of week 2 flower and the stretch is on.....grew about 3 inches so far in stretch maybe more because i re=adjusted the tie downs...starting to really smell good lol....will feed it veg nutrients for week 2 of stretch then in week 3 of flower i'll go ahead and start the flowering nutrients👌 i have been feeding it strong through stretch so got some leaf tip burn so i will adjust my nutrients and feed lighter

beginning of week 3 flower almost done with stretch, stretched a lot this week and i finally switched to flower nutrients today, definitely has a killer smell to it, will do one last defoliation at end of this week 3 and be good to go😬

START OF WEEK 4 FLOWER AND MADE IT THROUGH THE STRETCH PERIOD STAYING PRETTY SHORT FOR A HYBRID STRAIN...I WENT AHEAD AND DEFOLIATED THE REST THE WAY AT END OF WEEK 3 AND HAVE IT ON FLOWER NUTRIENTS NOW...STARTING TO PUT OUT A GOOD STRONG SMELL ALMOST LIKE A SOUR CHERRY MIXED WITH SOME GAS AND SKUNK,ALSO STARTING TO GET A FEW TRICOMES.....ONLY THING LEFT NOW IS TO FEED TILL FLUSH TIME, I HOPE THE YIELD IS HUGE ON THIS CHEM PIE BECAUSE THE BARNEYS FARM STRAIN I AM GROWING DONT HAVE AS MUCH SMELL OR TRICOMES AS THIS STRAIN IS PUTTING ON💪

beginning of week 5 flower, the buds have been staying small but getting frosty... i researched and found out chempie has 3 phenomes of the strain 2 are tall and got a kush smell taste and the other phenome is smaller sized plant with a cherry diesel funky smell mine happens to be the small phenome which is cool with me, really starting to have a good strong smell and getting more crystals by the day, i got a feeling my yield wont be the best but his but the quality of what i am getting is top notch...anyone that grows chempie i recommend they put 2 teaspoons of epsom salt per month in the soil medium on top of your nutrient feedings because just adding cal-mag isn't enough with this strain it seems....super sticky too i went to defoliate a few more leaves and even how small this is so far just super resinous already....i move the lights a little bit closer today lets see what happens...next time i grow this i wont top as many times as i did with this plant just way too many branches next time i will top only twice with this strain and send it into flower a lot earlier....i hope this helps anyone that growing this strain😀

start of week 6 flower dealing with high temps in the tent....this is the short phenome of chempie buds are small but very dense and heavy and a lot of tricomes coming,smell is hard to explain but it's good smell....i will start the 2 week flush at the end of the week,if the buds stay small i will turn all of this into dabs because its sticky and stanks so good😀

week 7 and not much has changed...the flowers are bulking up a little bit and the smell is super strong.... i will start the 2 week flush today.... even with the flowers on the smaller size they are rock hard so they will be smaller buds but weigh more then most of the strains i've grown....if they taste as good as they smell i will be happy to take quality over quantity👍 next time i grow this i will only top twice instead of topping like 10 times and lst the plant more

i have to take my plants down a week early due to my in-laws coming to stay at my house for a week (i dont want them to know i grow lol ) only got 1 week flush and and chopping them early will also effect my yield....i checked the tricomes and most of them are milky so it's not too early just wish i would of got more time before the chop, i wont even be able to put them through the 2 day dark schedule due to this...the flowers did bulk up over the week and smell good but i feel like my finish product would of been a lot better if i had the extra grow time to give it.... i will update with a harvest week after drying these😊 also my phone camera is not showing all the frost the plant got and this strain i definitely recommend you have a carbon filter because the last few weeks they will stink up the whole neighborhood, the smell almost sticks to your teeth this is not one of them low key strains

she is some of the weirdest tasting in a good way smoke ever...smells amazing, it sucks because i cut it down early to hide from relatives i dont want to know i am growing lol....lost out on a big chunk in weight, trichomes were about 50% milky 50% clear, it still tastes killer good and smells good and gets me high just not stoned ....when i grow this again (because i am buying more for sure) i hope i get the taller strain next time ,i got the smaller sized strain....the smell and taste are like a cherry,leather,sour,with a hash taste all mixed into one lol i never smelled or taste something like this and been a smoker for like 30 years,this weed grows good and the flowers themselves were smaller but extremely dense and heavy i had a jar filled with small flowers and was over 2 ounces in one jar i usually can only get 1 oz in them jars,i know i got the small phenome because the tall one shows more sativa type buds like spears compared to this plant, the taste and smell and high is what makes me wanna do this strain again maybe even find a keeper to make am other plant...final harvest was 2 oz of flower,3 grams of rosin,and got a lot of trim to make bubble hash with later...and that with me harvesting it early when the buds fatten up the most which sucks but it's good👍
