Northern Lights Auto

So we managed to get to 1st week of vegetation, everything seems decent even though the air temperature is a little bit higher and the humidity is a pain in the arse to keep it around 60%. I have started feeding a full line-up of Advance Nutrients(even though I think they are out of date)

We got to the end of 2nd week of vegetation, seems OK. Plant is evolving pretty good, it smells moderate and she likes my feeding schedule.

Another week has passed. 21 days old so far and it seems OK for me. Light schedule and nutrient mix seems to work perfect together. I did some LST but obviously I am not very good at it. The 4th week kicked in, I will post again at the end of the week

Day 28 came with the very first signs of preflower. It has a decent grow (compared with what I have seen in others growers journals) - I think I can do better than this. I have done a little bit more of LST and some defoliation, I have trimmed the small branches/leaves at the bottom which didn't had any chance to evolve as light is not going thru and not reaching them I keep feeding Advanced nutrients once every 2 waterings (I use standard Advanced Nutrients feeding chart for growing phase and I will switch to bloom feeding chart from next week).

We finally got into flowering! 1st week has gone and the result are decent(it always can be better), I can see few bud sites. I am more than happy with Advanced nutrients, it seems that they are doing a terrific job!

2nd week of flowering has passed with results under my expectation! I was expecting a more visible growth of the buds and buds sites. I have defoliated most of it and clipped all the small branches that didn't stand any chance because I need all the nutrients in the main buds. I have introduced Advanced nutrients Big Bud in my feeding schedule together with bud candy. You can see the evolution in pictures. Happy growing to everyone and see you next week!

Here we met at the end of 3rd week of flowering. The result is close to my expectation. I have changed the feeding by excluding Voodoo juice and piranha and introducing back the famous B 52. I have increased a little bit the volume of big bud, bud candy and B52 (on average with 0.5ml/L over the recommended dose). I did a little bit of defoliation, which included some small bad sites which didn't stand any chances from my point of view because it seems that the plant can't support all of them in such a small pot (8L fabric pot). Seems that Seeds Mafia have produced a great seed, but I still need to work on my growing technique to unleash the "beast" from the seed. Can't wait for the next week to post again

One more week has passed with visible growth of the buds and bud sites. I am really impressed by the growth push in the last week but at the same time I am concerned about some brown spots on the leaves which make me think that actually is a cal mag defficiency. In the next 2-3 weeks I will feed cal mag every watering eventhoug it has big levels of N. Thanks for watching and see you next week

Another week passed and here we are reviewing it. The plant is evolving, a little bit slower than expected most probably because a cal-mag defficiency (as you can see in the last photo - brown spots on the leaves) or a cal-mag blockage. All the buds sites are sugary - which makes me think that will be a nice plant. I keep defoliating it all the time so the air can flow freely and to put all the energy into buds. See you next week!

Another week passed and we finally entered the last week. For some reason, the last couple of weeks were a pain in the arse, 1st I had to deal with some severe cal-mag defficiency/overdose and now I have realised that my autoflower has seeds!?!?! I think it transformed to a hermie for some reason... We start to flush and will harvest next Friday
