Alil behind but catching up. Getting very close. I will be flushing starting this weekend. She is so dank. I am thrilled about this plant. What a great gal. Fantastic bud. Didn't get the uV light on this one but I will be adding it to the clones so I'll have something to compare too. Drying now will go better than the clones though due to outside weather change but I'll do my best to keep it as close as I can.
Stay tuned
@exclusiveX420, to true bro, I think that’s what makes it a special one, when you look at the first picture you put on when they looked dead then look what you ended up producing. Absolutely insane piece of work. 💚💚
@HydroHerb420, appreciate it dude! It was an amazing journey from practically dead cuttings to one survivor and now a couple rounds deep on one fantastic strain that produces some ridiculous, new school bud. 👊👊
@PersonalSmok3s,than you. Ugh that stinks it was hard for me to find this cut in the states even. I am very impressed with how this has gone. I have another round right behind it in flower already. Hopefully a cut makes it your way some day!
@PapaNugs, thank you I appreciate it. It really is crazy and really did seem like a miracle just like the name! I never thought there would be a single chance but I had to try. Fabulous plant that deserves a lot of credit. She was a really strong girl in flower. She even surprised me a few weeks into the vegging cycle. It's known that this cut moves slow in veg but honestly it's short-lived once you get a few weeks under her belt if she is happy and healthy she can grow at a fairly average pace. Really really happy though. I'm flowering a third round of it now from the original cut. Everything has gone very well. Final note, unless I'm missing something these are tough to root even a healthy cut. It takes some time and it really sucks a lot of the leaves to start rooting. Each round my clones have been pretty hurt looking by the time I transplant. Somehow someway they end up growing some fresh green foliage. I have round four transplanted now looks just as ugly as each of my other Mac 1s. But if history repeats itself she will be just fine! 🙏 Thanks again
I just got a clone myself. How often are you watering? I just moved my clone to a 3 gal pot. I’m about 3 weeks veg and it looks bad 😫 I haven’t given it any nutrients yet, just it’s first watering yesterday when I transferred it into the cocoa perlite soil
I should add, this is literally my first grow
@BONGAPPETREATS, sorry I have been off a long time. I plan to be back on more often now with exciting new things eventually to share.
As for Mac 1 clones. They really like a lot of oxygen to the root zone to survive. They do get aggravated if not but can make it.
Suggestion would be to just use 70/30 coco + add vermiculite chunks or dust I prefer chunky so aerate the media more. It's so important and creates watering issues you hear about.
As for nutrients, I run general hydroponics base trio FLORA SERIES. It's very popular, been around and has amazing success. I feed EVERY watering although not totally necessary but to meet every need of the plant and roots I do so. Supplements vary but at least start there with a light drain to waste feed you can google. But they do need fed. If it's soil it has to be on the low nutrients side and u shouldn't need to add anything except aerate it the same, add perlite AND vermiculite. Get it draining better and you will have great success with Caps Mac 1. I'll post a short diary with a few photos but she has been absolutely amazing for a few years now.
Thanks and good luck !
