These will definitely be the last ones of the season. Been awfully hot hope to see the weather cool down soon. These will be going in the tomato bed where the other ogreberries got harvested
Came out together. Hopefully hot weather is starting to cool down. These will be the last of the season, harvesting the first ogreberry right now at 65 days.
These little babies were born in 103°, heatwave is finally over. Now they can relax they will be transplanted into the garden where the pea stand was, rich nitrogen soil.
Looking really good, one has gotten transplanted where the peas were and the other is behind the trellis. Already ponched out the tips and started LST. Hoping to spread them out a little further than last ogreberries and see if they can't fill out more but I will be stopping LST as soon as they start showing signs of flower
These are the last two ogre Berry seeds, they're doing great. Haven't had any problems with grasshoppers nibbling on them, I pulled the screens off and LST them this week. Still looking around for maybe some nutrients, because they're starting to take up the space where the old plants were in soil is depleted potassium a little bit...
This ogre berry is looking really nice, had to remove some marigolds from the way of the sun, otherwise looking like it branched out nicely, should see some nice stacking with the calyxes give her about two more weeks... Then we'll flush
The one by the peach trellis looks stunted, possibly shaded out by a giant Marigold that was growing next to it. However the second one looks awesome I pulled the Staples out so she can go up right cuz it looks like she's going to be a nice plant.... Temperatures are dropping at night, so they should start showing some really pretty color soon.
Number four found a sweet spot with some peas growing underneath of it, so it's humongous. I'm really excited to see it start changing colors because it's starting to dip into the 50s at night, October 1 should be into the 30s and pretty chilly, try to get her to pop some good color
Harvested most of ogre berry number four, dry at 60g.. left the rest out there to mature a little longer and will cut of number five soon Because she was a bit smaller but she stacked a little bit thicker and is completely done. Will add more to harest report when completely done wuth both plants.
