I think you only really need to remove some of the lower one close to the soil line.
Ideally if you need to defoliate its only for allowing better airflow and light penetration to the lower bud sites but i'm not seeing a lot of bud sites so no point.
If you are going to defoliate you only want to remove the bigger fan leaves and not so much the smaller ones.
But again, I don't think your canopy needs it so much. Maybe later once it starts to stretch more.
