Critical purple auto from growers choice is one week younger then my gorilla glue that has been flowering for weeks. I did top it and LST weeks ago same as I did with my other plant. Leafs seem healthy since week 1 now at week 7 it remains small

Been topping autos forever and they all turn out great. Likely its genetics. The largest autoflower I have ever had, I topped 4 times within 10 days and the canopy during flower took up my whole 3x3. That being said I don't top anymore because Indica's are generally short and bushy anyways. Plant looks healthy so I am going to go with you got a bad roll of the dice. The good thing about photos is that they can be cloned and you know what you are gonna get. Autos, well they are like a box of chocolates. I do love autos though.

Hi there As already said I wouldn’t top an Auto as it will shock and lose valuable growing time, Some autos are quite small if indica dominant .. but going forward you want to try and stress them as less as possible there completely the opposite to photoperiod. Best of luck 🌱

Topping - or any other kind of stressful technique, is not recommended for autoflowers... they're on a set time schedule that is "built in" to them and the risk is you will interrupt this schedule at a crucial point and the plant won't have time to recover ... which is what I think has happened here. If the Gorilla Glue was also topped, you got lucky... your Critical Purple wasn't able to recover in time to set her flowers so she's not going to do anything for you. She should be right alongside the Gorilla Glue and she's not... best to start over with that strain and this time, limit your techniques to LST only... Sorry! Good luck!

All pistols have browned only have less then 10% white hairs left. Don't have the gear for good tricome view not many amber trics maybe 1% amber the rest looksomewhat milky which is my goal and some don't look developed yet. Want high thc. Not in a rush the harvest. Pro Opinions?

It looks ready ish. Another week might do it good. Have you began to flush with just cold water yet, reduce the night time temperature of possible and make sure humidity is as low was possible? That can give her the final push she needs to fatten up ✌️

I would still wait a week or two. Keep an eye on the buds themselves - are they still swelling/growing, is there still newer growth? When they stop fattening up, pistils have changed colour and curled, usually this is around the same time the trichomes are mostly milky, even if you can't see them. There is some window to the harvest that comes down to preference, but I'd definitely be careful about not harvesting too early in a way that leads to loss, meaning if they're still fattening up let them finish their work. Your leaves are still very green too, if they were super faded and started to die off I would rush more.

@Jpepe430, my critical purple failed. 8 to 11 weeks from seed to harvest. Just watch the tricomes.
