Budsy popped within like 5 days in the peat pellet. Looking healthy. No nutrients yet. Just supplement humidity and co2. This will probably be a full organic water only grow. Will only be adding liquid fertilizer is a deficiency shows up. Just started getting into Korean natural farming. So if my jlf looks ready I'll use that to supplement nutrition.
She's looking super healthy and happy. Grew a lot for it's first week. Already at the 5th node. Trying to decide if I want to top this. It's an auto and I've heard that you shouldn't hst autos but babe heard the exact opposite. I got pretty good yeild before with lst. Still contemplating if I want to. Thought? Comment if I should top this guy or not.
Budsy is killing it. There so much less work with this living soil with blumats. All I have done was jump start the microbes. Water in some great white, dynomyco, and some soup(my jlf) just astounded on how fast this guy is growing.
Still stunned how fast this guy is growing. 21 days since she popped tomorrow. Look healthy, happy, and vigorous. (Best Russian accent) she strong like bull. Can wait to see her bloom. Water only. Still haven't refilled the reservoir which is 5 gallons. Been supplementing CO2. The tent is always closed except for 5 to 10 minutes a day to check on her. Used dynomyco, great white, and some homemade jlf to Innoculate the soil.
She's still trucking along. Almost have her trained to the edges of the tent. Thinking about a week more and I'll have to put a 2nd trellis in there since the height of the tent is only 5 ft. Can't wait till she starts to flower.
Loving this plant and grow(living soil mostly water only). She's just keeps vigorously growing and I have had to do very little to help that. Just check the water and water in a little nutrient here and the if I noticed she looking less perky than usual. Really want to see the buds she is going to produce. Should be an excellent haul if thing go as great as veg.
She's trucking along. Starting to smell a like but not enough to judge it. I'm like the bid sites spacing. If they get fat enough I should have some giant sized colas. One week of flower and she already has trichomes. Some are even on the stems of the fan leaves. I have some photoplus coming today that I'm going to Innoculate it with tonight and probably water in some more soup(jlf).
Did a light defoliation this week. to help get more light to bid sites. Still growing vigorously and she's getting frosty. Figure a month and she'll be ready for harvest, hopefully.
She's getting super frosty. When ever I'm tucking, I have to use alcohol to clean my hands because they get so sticky figure 4 more weeks at the most. Looking forward bto seeing her finish.
Was on vacation for the week. She's still doing super well. Judging by the trichomes I have a week or 2 left. She is so frosty. My hand are always so sticky after doing her daily tucking. Going to make tinctures with the trim. This living soil water only stuff is killing it and cutting back on my work and expenses.
Woot, she is ready. Going to chop this Sunday. Smells of lemon and pine. Super frosty. Took a sample bud. One of the popcorn guys at the bottom. Toosed it in the food dehydrator and smoked it. Pretty tasty considering how I dried it. Definitely a hard hitter. Very relaxing and calming it sedative but not sleepy.
This was a stupid easy grow. The combination of good genetics in this living soil killed it. Barely had to do anything. I just popped the seed and watched her grow. Would recommend for hash making. She gets super frosty and the trichomes look larger than others I have grown. Seemed super tolerant to environment shifts. Looks like there's a little purple in this strain too. I bet someone could get it to express it more than I did.
If you have a chance grow this cultivar. You will be pleasantly surprised. She grow stupid fast. So be prepared. Can't wait till she is dried to try some of her. I would also recommend this plant for hash. It's really frosty..tons of large trichomes.
@VertiGrow, thanks I used coot's soil mix. You should be able to Google it. The blumats I got from sustainable village online. I tried one run with liquid fertilizer in the reservoir and that didn't work very well. Definitely water only for the blumats.
I'm in the camp of "don't stress the autoflowers out" trying to top them... this one looks to be really strong and I'd HATE to see you stunt it in anyway! For me, it's always better to be safe than sorry - unless you have nothing to lose! Good luck with your decision and good luck the rest of the way!
@GrowingGrannie,
I'm on the fence haven't tried it yet. Had great results just lst in my mimosa and sour diesel I just did. Have a diary of the if interested. I think I'm going to leave this to a vote. So I'll do what ever the masses choose. Agreed this is one of the healthiest ones I've a week in. Think I'm going to love this living soil stuff.
