Transplanted into 1 gal fabric container. While stressing the pant already I decided to do first topping. 5 nodes already with 6th appearing. Was a bit sloppy with my cut and got the tops of new leaves, but plant is recovering okay. Bigger issue is the soil might not have been cooked yet as plants are showing signs of nutrient shock. Color change to me indicated there could be a cal/mag issue too. I know Blue Cheese like a lot of cal and mag.

Tips are showing signs of nutrient burn. Yellowing lower leaves though makes me think N deficiency. I am also not sure I have the right level of watering down yet, so I could be overwatering. Didn't do the best job topping, but she's recovering.

Plant has recovered from topping of 6th node and above. Growth has bit a bit slow but that's expected from a bit of nute burn and shock of topping. I probably should have left some more fan leaves so that I wasn't losing those solar panels for the plant. I'm trying to be conservative with removing leaves and internodes.

I think I am still overwatering. The plant has had curled tips a bit. Leaves are looking a bit too pale of a green.

If I had minor nutrient burn should I be worried about curled tips? Is it related to that or another issue I need to address?

Transplanted from 1 gal to 20 gal fabric containers. Growth picked up after transplant, but is still showing some calmag issues. Added some trout worms and nightcralwers to help aerate the soil and build structure. Free worm castings is great too. Not super happy with the health of the plant, so as a back-up planted a new seed directly in the soil. First germinated in water for 16 hrs and sprouted the taproot, then planted in soil with some mycos.

Plant did great while I was away on vaca. Trying to focus on getting watering correct, and giving it a larger volume and then more time in between waterings seemed to work well.

Finally feeling like the plant looks somewhat healthy and is catching up on growth for how long it's been in veg. Fed with a compost tea using the Rev's TLO recipe.

New growth is showing signs of a deficiency of lockout. There is plenty of fertility in the soil so I don't think deficiency. The ph has been creeping high. I have a cheap soil meter and am getting mostly 7.0 but some pockets as high as 8 and low as 6.0. A quick soil test at a ag fair showed fungi is low, so might need to build up the population to bring the ph down. Fed another compost tea with the Rev's TLO veg recipe.

Switched to a 18/6 light schedule for a week before 12/12. Still battling high PH issues. Did a top dress with NPK ratio of 1-2.23-1.15. Already have a lot of slow release K so not worried it's not equal or higher than P. Blend included a few acidic and ph buffering amendments. Worried that it might be too late to fix as I'm heading into flowering. A Zinc or Iron issues is starting to show with the leaves - chlorosis. Can't tell if I'm overwatering or not. Cheap water meter says I'm good and I'm letting it dry out to an inch or so below the surface.

Started the 12/12 cycle this week, let's go! Some epsom salt/molasses foliar spray helped the new growth deficiencies. Plants aren't where I want them to be health wise, but just need to forge ahead.

I brewed a fungal-dominant compost tea to hopefully help lower the PH and signal to the plant it's flower time. For about 6 days I let malted barley grow fungi on a moist compost flat. Added that to my mixture. A few days later added some wood chips with good myco growth on them already to hopefully support the fungal growth. Seems to be the fastest thing turning these girls around.

Put the trellis on this week. Wanted some support in place before resin production starts. Flowers starting to pop. Mostly water this week ph'ed to 6.0 - trying to balance things out.

Made a 1 gallon 28 hr compost tea of: 1 tbs kelp meal 1/4 c nettle 2 tbs Espoma organic bloom blend w/ mycos 1 tsp rock phosphate 1 tsp bat guano .5 tbs molasses Other than that just water. Defoliated a bit to help with air flow, but trying to keep as much mass on for now. Lower leaves showing some potassium deficiency.

With this size canopy do you recommend a small fan below the buds? I have one circulating right above the canopy very gently moving the top leaves. Air intake is passive open vents at bottom and a 4" AC Infinity T4. Humidity is usually 50-55%.

I’m no expert but I tend to run one above the canopy just tickling the top leafs and one below to make sure no heat spots or stale air, and I feel is worth just to add that air movement between nodes and bushier parts of the plant

Hi, very nice looking plant there! I would definitely add some under canopy air circulation and or defoliate a bit to create some space between the colas. keep growing!

Hey Growmie, Yes, I would recommend a small fan at the bottom of the plant to help with airflow, pest and etc., It's something I've always done since growing.

Continuing to alternate watering with 5% coconut water and aloe gel. Adding a bit of calcium and epsom salts in 1:5 calmag ratio. The potassium deficiency is slowly progressing, so I'm thinking it's a ph lockout.

Added some humic acid and a horsetail 24 hr cold tea infusion (silica and other goodies) to the watering this week. Did one coconut water feeding too. I was on vacation for a few days and had a light leak that led to the other plant in my tent producing a few bananas. Now that the issue has been fixed and I've plucked them I'm hoping no more will be produced. Am a bit worried if I don't yank the other plant it could pollinate my blue cheese.
