Hello! First time grower here, my 2nd attempt, this time i build proper grow cabinet with fully loaded features. I got 20 seeds from seedsman all seedsman own seeds, This is the Gelat.OG Diary , Stared with water glass today.
Seedlings got stretched so quick specially this gelato its huge, i lowers the light to 24 inches but today lower it bit more like 20 inches from seedlings , its P1000 led guys pls let me know i am doing it correct , today is day 9 , its 3 inches tall , help

Gelat.OG , Topped and will start LST soon (let me know I am right or wrong) Day 28 from Seed, Day 21 in Veg, I did the topping 3 days ago, and i think i done it wrong because latest fan leaves covering the top, Should I do it again?. Temperature is high because I live in South Asia region, I run light in night time starting 5pm evening and off 11am morning, with 2 OC fans and 1 Active PC fan, door is half open when light on, Pls comment Thanks

Hello! , Just started Gelat.OG Flowering phase, just after 36 hrs dark time , I am still going to give Light at night time because of the high temp rates where I live, so starting lights like at 6.00PM evening and Shutting down automatically at 6.00 AM Morning. Temp now is 80F at night and 82-84F at day time RH is 75-80 these days, I am using this mini dehumidifier but its not making any progress so far. I hope I am doing everything ok as a First time grower, Pls comment guys/gals Thanks

Hello, Gelat.OG and PGK both has some Yellow/Brown Laves under the canopy, Leaves dropping as well, every day I can see this, day 28 Flowering. I have no Idea what is this about, Also not over watering, this is Organic living soil water only method, Pls let me know guys Thanks
The bacteria are not in balance in your living soil and they do not provide enough nutrients for this plant. When you do not act they are just starving till there is nothing left. I recommend to buy organic blooming nutrients to feed her at least once a week.

Hello, Day 32, 33, and day 35, Flower , Gelat.OG, After noticed some leaves dropping and asked a QUS from the community and as a solution gave a NPK (43:3:2) Dose then after 2 days I can see no more Leaves dropping /Yellowing but Leaves tips are burnt (Nute Burn) now I am seeking another solution for this,,,)) Other than this everything's seems fine, plant is nice looking and good bud sites, still growing )) Thanks

Happy New Year everyone. Quick QUS, Day 59 Flower Phase (I am going to finish this in Day 63-9 Weeks) Can see a BUD ROT or MOLD , I have no Idea, Pls guys let me know what should I do, Its just one Bud of Gelat OG, all other buds looks fine, this one just break when touches
Yup, that's definitely bud rot and you need to cut it out of there right quick... use sterilized utensils and spray the cut area with a 2% alcohol solution after you've disposed of what you've cut out.
Now here's the thing - bud rot is not confined to one place and WILL not be confined to just this one bud... it will keep popping up in your grow so as long as you're growing, you're going to have to inspect every single bud every single day CLOSELY... if you see, for example, one sugar leaf that has died and dried up, there's bud rot underneath and inside it... Bud rot spreads by spores and so it's really nasty to try to get rid of - but you've got to get rid of it and DON'T SMOKE IT!!! It will do great harm to your lungs.
If you get a harvest out of this, you're going to have to continue the search for infected buds as you trim and as you dry... I lost my entire summer grow to this nasty fungus! It comes on because conditions are much too humid - and it spreads like wildfire... once it starts, it's impossible, really, to stop it... you can only hope to keep cutting it out and get your grow to harvest salvaging as much as possible...
Once the grow is harvested, completely sterilize your tent/grow room and all utensils, tools, lights, fans - anything that was in the tent - before you start another grow. And for your next grow, you've got to keep the humidity down in the 40s max when in flower.
So sorry you're going through this! It's awful!! Good luck...

Hello, Day 56, Flower Phase , Gelat.OG, Final week of flower phase is started, Day 63 or week 9 I am planing to harvest the plant, Trichomes still cloudy but in some buds I can see slightly amber color on Trichomes, I ll ask a QUS before I do the harvest anyways.

Hello! Gelat.OG is in Drying zone, I got two places for this , One is 2x2x4 Tent with ventilation and other is Cupboard with one OSC Fan with active vent halls (No exhaust fan). Temp is 80F and RH 70% in both, Now 4 days in dry tent but i smell fresh-cut grass smell no weed smell
I panicked when I first experienced that myself... but don't worry, it's entirely natural... it has something to do with the chlorophyll exiting the plant. The grassy smell will leave and the longer it is cured, the more the natural smell/taste will appear. No worries, seriously!

Hello!, Day 60 Flower I just done the my first harvest ever. Gelat og has cool looking buds, After seen the BUD ROT on one single bud in day 59 yesterday , Today in Day 60 i just cut the plant down for Dry. Going to WASH the buds with H202 (half of them) and going to dry for 10-14 Days and in to Jars for another 14-21 Days as I learned from fellow growmies. Thanks for everyone who support me through my First ever grow. Thumbs up guys.

Hello, Day 10 Drying, Gelat.OG , some of the big branches stem is snaps when bend, some smaller once not, also no smell , before there was HAY smell but now nothing, but some of them can smell weed very slightly. Shall I cut them out and put it on jars now or wait another 4 days?
I would most definitely cut them and jar them up. You will need to "burp" them (open the lids for a few minutes) twice a day for a week, then once a day for another week or two and then once a week for a week. The smell WILL come back.... it's NOT "ruined" ... My Bruce Banner was just like that - smelled of grass until she had be curing for about 2 weeks... and the smell is getting stronger every day.
