First Mephisto strain. It was difficult to get the seeds but now I have a little collection so it should be fun. I have failed to germinate a seed so 1 out 2 so far .

Due to winter and bad isolation in the house I struggle to keep it around 18 C at night and 22 during the day. Not ideal for this stage but I can't do much more for now. NCH is described by Memphisto as "rampant seedlings stage" I would confirm that. Her side branches grew 2cm/1inch today... I think she is waking up

She grows pretty stout but even . Very delicate with nutrients. Not much is more than enough. Aside from that she is easygoing

I didn't keep up with the diary on this one but she is a light feeder, half the photoperiod strength for nutrients is more than enough.as you can see when she was younger I gave her to much and the leaves started to curl down due to toxicity. Also she started to get light burn on week 5 ,I noticed her leaves turning yellow from the top.i moved my light up straight away. I may have stunned her a little bit 😅 She did explose when she started flowering.she really didn't look like much.now I am glad I did lst because if she was up straight she would be about a metre. Too high for my space. He structure is sublime.i personally love the spacing between nodes, her foliage is light but even, so kinda bushy when you look at it but it is not but they are leaves nicely spaced everywhere, still letting the light go right down without defoliation.just a few leaves picked there and there. She is the first cheese strain I grow ,see or smell.i didn't know what to expect. There you go... She stinks like a wonderful cheddar, fresh but aging . I love to put rub my fingers on her stems.smell sooo good.

She keeps going, nicely. The buds are starting to form and meet each other.soon they will look like long colas. I really want to give them a squeeze just to see how dense they are,but I am restraining myself. They look dense. The brown hair on some buds is due to my beard rubbing on it 😅 She smells really strong of funky sweet cheese. It is really something different and really a pleasant aroma. Definitely need a carbon filter if you need to keep low profile.

She just keeps going.the top leaves are curling like canoe a bit not sur yet why. I have ordered the UT383 lux metre for a better understanding of my light. You can see review from "MIGRO" on YouTube. Would love a par metre but out budget.

What a plant. She as such a potent smell of sweet cheesy aroma,it is delicious. Definitely need to work on her during late evening because I think the house is not containing the smell 😅. In the tent, with the carbon filter it is fine though. I finally did it.i squeezed a bud for the first time to see how hard they are. Whoah!! They are probably amongst the densest buds I have squeezed. Simply hard like rocks. Very tight and small calices. The stems themselves are extremely hard too.the plant could literally not receive LST now.they are so hard the stems have no flex.you cannot bend them without breaking them(haven't tried.you can feel it) I have started to water her with plain pH water to start a flush as the trichomes are now all cloudy with few clear and very few amber. I will probably do that for couple weeks or until harvest. I have also started getting rid of some fan leaves. The plant as buds from top to bottom.(like the bottom buds are almost touching the Coco) Just everywhere. And aside from the very bottom they are all dense and solid

It is like finishing a great story.you don't want it to end. This plant was a delight to grow. From the look, the smell, the quality and density of the buds, the easy maintenance once you figure out her needs. The trichomes are around 85%cloudy,10% clearish,5% amber. I flushed her for a week and intended to harvest in a week time.but,I noticed the smallest amount of mould on a bud.checked everything and found another tiniest amount of mould on another bud. The humidity is at a ridiculous level at the moment.around 80%+.very hard to control.the buds are rock hard and covering the plant.we Also have a rain storm supposed to last over a week. Harvesting one week earlier or fighting mould,it is a no brainer. Chop, chop!! I only lost like not even 1%.because I new it was coming with this humidity level, I had my nose on her like twice a day looking for it.i picked it at light white fluff starting to form. it didn't actually started to really rot and didn't quite made it to the stem. Not looking at it for 1 or 2 days and entire colas would have been for the bin.this nasty stuff develop so fast it is not funny. Even now it is hanging,I am still looking at it making Sur it as some air flow and will keep checking them often until they are dryish enough that mould won't develop. She is mould resistant I believe.but not invincible.85% humidity on late flower with rock hard buds.i am surprised she didn't go bad way earlier and faster. I would have hang her to dry as a whole if the condition were right but now the hang as single branches. For better control. The buds are covered with resin and it really gives it a silver look. If I had to name this plant it would be "Glistening silver cheese"🙂 While wet I think you could break a window if you threw a bud at it.that is how dense they are. In conclusion: A wonderful plant that doesn't require much nutrients or maintenance.
