As always, you'll see in my diaries the same method over and over using Autopots....Here I've used Jacks Ultraviolet for about two weeks since the first signs of flowering to "set" the buds. From here to end I'll use Jacks FeED bloom 10-30-20. I always use Fox Farms Light Warrior and coarse perlite as the growing medium in this system.
Autopots running the watering. Pot makeup is a coarse perlite base to the water line of the tray and then Fox Farms Light Warrior for the bulk of the grow medium.
I decided to continue use of the Jacks Ultraviolet all the way to the finish line just to see if the product can carry the plants nitrogen needs through the ENTIRE bloom portion of this grow and note the results. The soil had a nitrogen content of 10 to start with, so we'll see. The ONLY thing I do to my autoflowers in this system is to top them around week 2-3 of it's life (veg phase).
3 of the 6 plants were of extraordinary size and bud count. Just amazing. The other 3 may not have liked the topping I gave them or something.. IDK. I put a fast dry on them and a Grovebag cure. The smell profile is cigar shop, caramel, vanilla. Due to the low nitrogen input thoughout the flowering phase (using only Jacks Ultraviolet 5-50-18 thru bloom)--The smoke came out REALLY smooth on this grow. All in from the 6 plants dried I made over a pound and a half of great smoke. The majority coming from only 3 plants!!
Was a pleasure to run through my Autopot system. Very large yield from the 6 plants. Over a pound dry weight. If you want a nice heavy yielder and smoke that gets you into deep thought moods, this is a good strain for you.😍
