Seeds were rather white looking and kind of flat, did not look very mature. Only 1 seed sprouted out of 5 attempts. All other strains being germinated at the same time under the same conditions had a 100% success rate. I've only heard good things about this company so I hope this is just a fluke.
I've been anxious to pop one of these pineapple express autos that the kind folks at AMS set me up with. Unfortunately the first four attempts resulted in zero sprouts. The 5th surprised me, and decided to come out and play.
Hopefully this was a fluke as I still have 2 more strains of theirs to test out in the future and don't have the time or patience for such results.
Pineapple Express started the week off a little slow but by the end of the week she made decent progress. I will be moving her to her 5gal fabric pot tonight or tomorrow. 🍍🚅
Pineapple Express from AMS has been transplanted into a five gallon fabric pot filled with a water only soil mix. She is definitely a little behind the other strains in this grow. I may let this one grow naturally with no training.
Pineapple Express from AMS has really had quite the growth spurt this week. When she starts to show signs of flowering I will top dress her with something I am trying out called End Game Flowering Mix that contains the following.
Fishbone Meal, Fertoz, Soil Kashi, Gypsum, Aragonite, Insect Frass, Kelp Meal, K-mag Granular, Crab/lobster shell Chunks, Basalt Micro-fines
I'll be giving her a 1/2 cup this week and another in 3 wks per instructions.
We'll see how that works out
Pineapple Express from AMS is coming along nicely and is getting busy making her cotton balls. Vertical growth seems to be slowing thankfully. She is getting thirsty and taking 96oz about every three days.
Pineapple Express from AMS is filling out nicely . Fortunately her vertical growth has slowed down and she is working more on bulking up buds now . Starting to see signs of frost.
✌️😎💨
Pineapple Express from AMS had herself a good week. A this point she seems to be rolling along without issue. As I noted last week her vertical growth has definitely slowed down only gaining a half an inch this past week. 🍍🚄
✌️😎💨
Another week has passed for this pineapple express from AMS without any troubles. At the beginning of the week I topdressed her with a half cup of End Game Flowering Mix. Vertical growth has pretty much stopped and now she's starting to fatten up the flowers 😁

Topdressed with a half cup of End Game Flowering Mix
Pineapple Express from AMS is coming along just fine. No issues so far through week ten. Flowers are getting fat although density seems a little iffy.
✌️😎💨
Pineapple Express from AMS is growing some very fat colas . Have not given this one any training and she has shaped up rather nicely on her own into the classic Christmas tree shape.

This pineapple express from AMS is looking like she has maybe another week or two to go before harvest. The buds are quite fat and sticky. I did find a nanner growing out of one of the buds yesterday so I will be keeping a close eye on that.🌱🌿
Pineapple Express from AMS is getting chopped tomorrow. Her trichomes are all cloudy and although I usually wait until I have some amber starting to show , I've noticed several more nanners forming amongst the buds so it's time for her to go.

Week 13. Harvest

Happy Harvest Day!
Pineapple Express auto - Amsterdam Marijuana Seeds AMS
Pineapple Express from AMS was started in a 1 liter air pot and moved to a 5 gallon fabric pot filled with a living soil mix at around day 14.
She was topdressed with a half cup of End Game Flowering Mix at the end of week four and again 3 weeks later.
About every third week I gave her a drink of compost tea.
She was harvested on day 92 . At harvest she was 24" tall and about 15" in diameter.
I removed 784g wet .
After drying and curing for about six weeks yield was 78.5g / 2.8oz
All colas were quite fat.
Trimming before hanging to dry was time consuming .
Final trim before jarring was a pain in the ass. The buds had opened up considerably during drying revealing lots of leafs and tons of nanners that needed to be removed. (None of the other strains in this grow had any issues with nanners) It is possibly just a fluke but I won't be able to know on account of 4 out of 5 seeds failed to germinate.
I will probably not be running this one again anytime soon.
