@J0sefCZ! What a monster you have there! I don't think she did revert to veg stage, since this is almost impossible outdoor. My guess is that she's still pre-flowering, showing a massive stretch that must takes a lot of its energy. The transplantation might have been a shock, so slow growth for a few days is quite normal. Considering the plant's size, she might need time to properly end its pre-flowering and start producing buds. As always with growing, patience is the key! I see she's been eaten by pests, this can also stunt her and slow her down. You can help her by giving blooming nutrients, 1 to 3 times a week, or even everyday if she's reacting happily.
