Started to deal with some really bad foxtailling and I got discouraged But now I've made some upgrades to my grown environment and did some heavy defolation and now these girls are back on the right track

New grower here, I have the ViparSpectra Pro series P1000 in a 2x2x4 tent. seeing how Jacob_R has a 100w light I have to ask what setting do you have the light at for week 3 veg stage. The manual says 100 % but reading elsewhere I see 60%.
