This will be my first grow ever! Germinating three "Royal Gorilla" seeds from Royal Queen Seeds (photos/feminized) in a glass of water for about 24hrs. After that they will go straight into soil.
8. Sep: So far, two out of the three seeds have sprouted and are growing nicely. Nothing on the third one just yet.
9. Sep: Today the third one has also sprouted! All three seedlings look very happy, although one of them has stretched a bit. That shouldn't be a problem though
Two out of the three seem to be growing nicely - they are already growing their third set of leaves and they loved their first feeding with Biobizz Root Juice.
The third one (the one that sprouted way later than the other two) is still very small, but I'm confident she will make it. :)
Hello there,
Today I saw that some of my plants have some curled and sad looking leaves (see pic). The soil is pre-fertilized and I currently use normal tap water (p.H. adjusted) for watering. My plants get 18hrs of light a day (approx. 300-400PPFD)

The plants were struggling with magnesium deficiency this week and were growing a bit stunted. I think my tap water has too much calcium in it and messes with the pH of the soil. I bought a water filter and some calmag to fix the problem ;)
This week they got their first topping and I transplanted them into 9L pots. The mg deficiencies are pretty much gone now and the plants look way happier in their new home. I also used some mycorrhizae on the roots.
The plants have responded very well to the topping and have branched out a lot. They are growing very fast at the moment and the new growth looks very healthy.
I started this week with some LST and tied down all branches to an equal height. I will keep the tie-downs around until I flip to flower and adjust them daily.
Hello there, beginner grower here. My plants are now in week 6 veg and have been looking amazing the past few weeks. As of yesterday, they all look a little sad. I watered about twice a week with half dose of BioBizz organic fertilizers.

to much food causing lockout. The leaf end curling down like that is nitrogen toxicity. and the inter veignal chlorides is a Magnesium deficiency caused by a lockout( to much food)
Plagron Royalmix has 6-8 weeks of food in it. And your feeding twice a week. Stick with just water for another few feedings.
Fully saturate the soil and let it dry to 2" below the surface before watering again. Your schedule should be water,water,feed,water,water,feed.
I see you have EC/PPM listed. Test your EC going in when you water, Collect the runoff and test the EC coming out. They should be close to the same. If not then adjust.(
In=Higher, Out = Lower - increase EC if the EC going out is higher then reduce your feed. or water only until it gets back to normal levels( could be salt buildup )
