DutchDoobie 05/09 Day 1 : The 4 girls just germinated. I will let them grow inside these small pots for a week and then place them in 5 liter pots with the bio tabs fungi and bacteria. I use a 60 watts Cree Cob led for the first 2-3 weeks growing. When they reached 5 nodes I will mainline them and switch the light to 12/12 shortly after thier first training. From that moment I will replace this lamp for a adjustable Hand Panel led 180 watts. I will increase the amount of watts and intencity during a period of 5 weeks. And I will also use a 60 watts Spectra Box for the first and last hour of the day to simulate sunrise and sunset. The Jamaican Pearl strain is a pure Sativa strain and the Northern Lights a pure Indica strain. For that reason I need to train them a lot in the grow and stretch periods so that they will reach the same height before flowering. I am not planning on using a SCROG net but I do have 1 in case the training doesn't go like plan. 07/09 Day 3 : The 4 girls are all growing steady. I gave them 50 ml water each today. I will let them grow for another 3-4 days and then it is time to transplant them into 5 liter pots with the Biotabs bacteria and fungi.

DutchDoobie 12/09 - The girls are 1 week old and the first roots grew out of the bottom of the starting pots, so it was time to transplant. These pots are thier final pots. The green pots are 5 liters for the NL and the red pots are 4 liters for the JP. I mixed the soil with the bacteria and fungi from Biotabs together with 1 fertilizer tab per pot. 16/09 Day 12 I want to top and train them asap and start flowering as fast as possible after. My plan is to keep the plants low with training but when they become to tall I will SCROG them.

DutchDoobie 19/09 Day 15 I am planning to train them this friday with the mainline technique. And switch the light to 12/12 next monday. 22/09 Day 18 I tossed 1 of the Jamaican Pearl plants because it was staying very small and could not keep up with the others. I do not want to waste time and growing space for slow growers. I might train this Jamaican pearl 2 times with the mainlining technique and the Nothern Lights only 1 time. Because the Jamaican pearl is a pure sativa strain. And the Nothern Lights are a pure indica strain. So to keep them growing at the same height this could be the perfect way to train them.
