La verdad es que por motivos personales se me fue imposible llevar el seguimiento diariamente. Pondre las semanas con las fotos que fui sacando y dejare el resultado final!!! La alimentación se llevó acabo siguiendo las pautas de la tabla bio-bizz ya que son la marca que yo uso!
