On Day 01, I germinated 5 Fat Banana (Auto) in a Rockwool tube and put it in a propagation tray with a dome on it. With room temperature above 80'F and humidity above 90%.
From Day 01 to Day 03, the temperature is around 85'F with humidity above 95%. The room temperature kept rising so I gave cool air in the room and removed the dome on Day 04.
On Day 04, the temperature dropped sharply from 85'F to 70'F. Humidity also dropped from 95% to 50%. To avoid the being too cold, I increased the temperature of cool air.
I gave cool air from 6 A.M to 12 P.M.
The temperature has been steady around 75'F and humidity 55% on Day 05, Day 06, Day 07.
On day 07, 4 seeds produced 4 leaves each and showed promising. So, I transferred into air pot. I used the growing soil from Superbud - Super Living Soil. I used 1 soil bag per 2 air pots.
Throughout the whole germination process, I used no nutrients and only used water to soak the rockwools.
As for light, I gave
>1500 lumen on Day 04
>7000 lumen on Day 05
>10000 lumen on Day 06
>12000 lumen on Day 03
This is my very first time growing cannabis so let me know your thoughts about how I should improved my germination methods.
Nope, it won't harm the seedling directly. There are indirect ways it could harm it, though. Powdery mildew could be more likely to pop up on it, which isn't that harmful to the plant, but pretty unsightly.
Different molds could pop up that might effect growth of your plant.
I'm not quite sure if high humidity can promote diseases, but now that I think about it, I'm going to have to research it later.
But, for the most part, I'm pretty sure you're safe. You'll definitely want to get the humidity down by the time the plant starts vegging, though. I like to shoot for around 60% in my veg room.

All plants in the airpots were watered daily. (around 200ml)
Nutrient Solution was given every 4 days. First dose gave on Day 12.
Lumen is above 15000.
Air Condition Schedule = 6AM to 12 AM
Light Schedule = 6AM to 12 AM
I opened air conditions during daytime to reduce the grow room temperature and close at night. As a result, night temperature sometimes greater than
daytime temperature. (Increased about 1 to 2 degree Fahrenheit). Humidity also increased during night time. I am worried that this could affects the plants in long term.
If anyone have suggestions, please let me know.
Lumen is above 17000. Increased to above 20000 on Day 18.
Daily temperature is between 75'F and 82'F throughout the week.
Gave nutrient solutions every 4 days. (On Day 16 and Day 20 this week) Watered between 100ml and 200ml per plants daily.
Air Condition Schedule = 6AM to 12 AM
Light Schedule = 6AM to 12 AM
Throghout the week, I was able to maintain the temperature between 75-78F and humidity between 60-75. There are some occasions where
temperature and humidity reached above that level but only for a few hours.
Light scehdule is 18 hr with Lumen above 22000.
I feed plants the nutrients on Day 24 and 28.
Do some trimmings on Day24, 27.
Low Stress Training on Day27
On Day28 some signs of overfeeding are found on some leaf tips.
Light scehdule is 18 hr with Lumen above 22000.
I feed plants the nutrients on Day 33 and 34. (Divided the usual nutirent feed into two days to avoid nutrient burn.)
Do some trimmings on Day 32
Perfromed topping on Day 29. (on plant #1, 3 and 4)
Found some sign of drooping since Day 34.
Still found some tip burns on some leaves. (Dont know what is causing exactly)
* At night humidity increased up to 80%
Average lumen per plant is above 21000.
Feed the nutrients on Day 37 (White Roots+Sweet Soil+Sweet Candy) and on Day 38 (Green Leaf)
Removed some leaves on Day 37 and Day41
Performed LST on Da41
Average Lumen is above 21000.
Night time humidity is above 80%.
Feed White Root + Sweet Soil + Sweet Candy Solution on Day 43, 48
Feed Green Leaf Solution on Day 44, 49
I accidently sprayed wrong fungicide solution on Plant#2 on Day47. Leaves got great burn, I hope it doesnt effect the whole plant.
Gave Calcium supplement on Day49. (Egg shell powder + water)
Average Lumen is above 21000.
Night time humidity is above 80%.
Feed White Root + Sweet Soil + Sweet Candy Solution on Day 53
Switch to Greenbud Solution. Feed Green BudSolution on Day 54
Removed some leaves and perform LST on Day55
Finally start measuring soil pH. values are between 5.5 and 6.0 in average. As a remedy baking soda solution was given.
Bone meal powder and Crushed Calm powder was feed on Day54.
@Gabriel_OD, You are welcome ♥️ Take your time, I did the same when I asked questions. P.h. meter is definitly the key. First mesure your solution p.h. (with or without nutrients) then the run-off gives you a good idea, if you mesure a too big difference them, then you have an issue. ♥️☺️♥️I will follow your diary ;)
