I see a lot of flowers on Moby Dick - they're much smaller than your other plant but they are there!
Those 3-fingered leaves are trying to tell you the plant is under some stress - and it could be light - even a small amount of light, like 15 minutes, during their rest period will produce these leaves out of stress so make extra sure you don't allow ANY light to get to them during their 12-hours of darkness. The same thing can happen if they become stressed by swings in humidity, temperature or even pests.... so make sure you're holding both temps and humidity as stable as you can - nighttime temps should not be more than 10-degrees (F) from the daytime temps.
Overall, though, you don't have anything to be really worried about... just make sure they get solid darkness for 12 hours each day and make sure the temperatures remain stable...
Good luck and happy holidays!
