~Week 10/ 64-70 days from sprout ~VPD: Low towards the beginning of the week and way too high towards the end. Hopefully the climate will settle down as the plants end their transition phase next week. ~DLI: Around 30-40. Cannot increase it more without the temp rising way too high. Already battling temp ~Feeding: Feeding day 70 if I remember right. If not, I will update this later with correct date ~Watering: Need to water every 4 days. Watered day 64. Will water again day 68. Day 64 notes: Watered today. Each plant took approximately 3 gallons of water. Also did some more weaving through the trellis. Some twisting and curling on the lower growth but there are so many variables off that I cannot get it down currently. The DLI is not in optimal zone, and temp is not either. VPD as a result has been way out of zone. Going to keep watering every 4 days to keep the plants happy. Could be every 3 days soon. Deeper into flower I could need to water 1x a day at least. Day 65 notes: Plants look very happy today. Still some moisture on the leaves when I have checked. I am hoping to eliminate this with more airflow next run but this time I will make sure nothing goes moldy by keeping the plants well defoliated. Day 66 notes: Looking good in here today. Spotted more mycelial growth in my pots which is perfect because its what I want. The transpiration keeps sticking to leaves which has me a bit worried for a few weeks down the road when the plants are stacked with buds. Two days until these plants will be watered. Also added another dehumidifier to the room to hopefully get the humidity down. This will allow the water to evaporate from the leaves faster. My clones also were transplanted today, but it was a bit rough. I forgot to poke holes in the cups before transplanting so I had to do it afterward. I will give the clones a week or so to establish and at that point I will pick the best ones and either give the others away or throw them into the compost pile. Day 67 notes: Looks good today. Humidity is a lot lower than before which I consider to be good. The first of the actual flowers are starting to form today. It has been 1 week since I flipped to flower. I also might start watering the plants more frequently with less water. I did not have much to do today. I also am going to leave all of the lower growth on the plants. Larf is okay because I can turn it into shake for edibles or vaping. I also should have probably defoliated a lot more before flipping to flower but we will see how things turn out. My clone tent also got cleaned up a bit today. There was about 1 inch of standing water underneath the clones. I cleaned out the water, and wiped down the floor. The clones are back in their tent currently. As for the clones I am going to pick the best 4 clones and use those for my next run if 4 survive and thrive. If not, its a learning experience. Day 68 notes: Watered the tent today, and took a few leaves off the plants. Also did some super cropping. I am going to be unable to take care of the plants for the next two days which is why I watered today. I am also going to let the humidity stay low so that way I will not need to worry about any mold or PM issues. Will take some pictures day 70 if possible. Day 69 notes: Not recorded Day 70 notes: Not recorded End of week summary: Good week. Battled humidity and temp a bit but nothing the plants could not handle. I am looking forward to next week as there should be a lot of growth happening in a short period of time. Misc. comments: Need to get a wall mounted fan installed in the tent somehow before I start my next run. Need to use a hemp trellis net next time. I can tell that some of the flowers are going to pick up some of the synthetic fibers from the net I currently have.

I am guessing its not an issue since cannabis photoperiod is a long night, so a little more "night" won't hurt, but would it confuse the plants or something? I would appreciate the insight.

Nothing to worrie about! I can insure you that you will not face any issues because of this. Only when you have a constant light leak during your dark period your plants might get stressed, reveg or become hermaphrodite. But a little dark period during the light time does not harm your plant. It will only cost you the photosynthesis during the time beeing dark instead of light.

Vpd has been pretty close to ideal, the pot had 1 gallon less soil so could be missing out on some nutrients? Possibly Potassium? Otherwise not sure what it could be. Does not appear to be N deficiency because the leaves are affected from the top too. What should I do to fix this

Pure and simple potassium deficiency. Add a p/k booster to your routine or up your dose if already using one.

What's going on with these clones? Not sure what it could be. They could possibly be rootbound. They should have been transplanted a few weeks ago but I did not have the space.

This problem is caused by wrong pH from the medium and a nutrient lockout because of that. The issue with cannabis plants is that they are only able to take up nutrients within a small pH window, which ranges from about 6–7 when growing in soil. If the pH is lower or higher than that, the plant cannot take in nutrients, even if they are present—thus spurring nutrient deficiencies via "nutrient lockout". You need to flush the soil. Just follow these steps. https://www.royalqueenseeds.com/blog-how-and-when-to-flush-marijuana-plants-n312

I know that it is not overfeeding, and I also know that it is not lockout. PH could be off, but I do not think so. So, what deficiency is this?

Hot dam them are some nice looking plants! typicality potassium gets yellow on the edges vs purple. purple coloration can also be caused by cooler temps and end of life, If its brown and crispy and curled up it normally means its over fed. Given that potassium is mobile I'd expect this to be on the lower growth first vs top. I feel this could be lacking a bit of Magnesium but could also be natural fade as your coming to the end of your grow. If you wanted to you could add a bit of epsom salts into the next water and call it a day. Little goes a long way, 1/4 teaspoon per plant for the size of them and monitor if it continues. FYI: We will not be notified of any reply or tag [@] in the questions part of the website, if you need to reach out with other information use your DM "direct mailbox" in the bottom right hand corner of the page. it looks like a little paper airplane icon. Best Of Luck!

I took these clones 7 weeks ago and never got around to transplanting them. As you can see, they are rootbound, stretched, and stunted. My question now is, is there any way I can make these clones usable? If not, it's a lesson for next time, but I want to use these clones.

I honestly don't see why not.... once you get them into larger pots, you can top the ones that have stretched ... what to do with the stunted ones really depends on how/why they were stunted but if you tend them carefully, maybe even think about topping them as well to get new growth going, you could have quite a massive grow going from the looks of it! I wouldn't give up on them - not at all! Just get them into larger pots and get going! :-D Good luck...

How much should I be worried? She did not touch any plants directly. I cannot be certain that she had any mites on her. I am just being cautious. What is the best course of action? If my current flowering plants get mites, can I wash the mites off and still use the flowers

Good that you're being cautious! I always have a bottle of Dr. Zymes Eliminator in my stash of supplies... this or some Spinosad will take care of any leaf sucking insects (spider mites, aphids, thrips, whiteflies) and both are organic so they can be used right up to the day of harvest without any harm to either the plant or what you're smoking/using of your harvest. When you use either one, make sure you're spraying just before lights out. Good luck - hope she didn't bring any with her, although I feel it's pretty safe to say she didn't ... they usually don't attach themselves to humans and travel around like that.... so rest easy but prepare for the worst!

I will be growing 4 plants in 10-gallon pots and then transitioning to a raised bed next year. I need a way to distribute water evenly around the 10-gallon pots. I have noticed that blu-mats only water in a 6-inch radius and depth. Any way to make the water distribution better?

I would recommend 1 tropf blumat and 1 maxi blumat per pot, the maxi blumats are longer so will start watering when the bottom of the pots dry out. I would also add 1 extra drip emitter per blumat to cover a bigger area. that would make up to 4 irrigation points per pot and should be sufficient for a 10-gallon pot. And you would have enough equipment to just transfer over to raised beds without buying new stuff. Even thou I would recommend the BlueSoak for beds.
