Getting my supply train back up after the disaster that was my last grow. Plan on having 4 going. All popped at different date. This guy looks pretty good. I think I'm going to try topping and defoliation on this auto. Haven't tried it before on autos.
Doing living soil with the blumats again in this guy. Hopefully this goes as fast as the last time I grew mimosa cake. With the living soil it should be a breeze. She not taking off like the banner I did. I think that is because I did let the microbes cycle nutrients first for a few weeks.
Still putting a long. Not a lot has changed. Been trying to dial in the blumats on this pot. I think this will the mimosa cake auto I will HST. And will stay where he is. I have 2 other I'm going to move to the tent and scrog. Once I harvest the banner in there this weekend.
Doing good so far. I had to switch to a 12/12 cycle due to the other plant I'm growing alongside got too big and ended up being a photoperiod this time. Where as the past 2 times it had been an auto flower. Not seeing the vigorous growth like I have seen with the previous 2 cultivars. Need to look back at my other grow on this strain. This will be my hst grow for auto flowers. I have 2 othera of the the same strain that will be lst. Doing this to learn more on what I can and can't do with autos.
Move Les into the tent now that the last haul is dried. This will the lst mimosa cake grow. She's chugging along. Luckily I got her out of the room before she started to flower. I probably will start lst later this week. Already have the trellis installed. Just need to lower it.
She seems about a week behind the other mimosa so I'm growing. So she on track. I'm doing a comparison of lst and hst for autos. Since there is a difference of opinions. Decided to fuck around and find out. This is the last only. So far the hst doesn't seemed bothered by topping and defoliation.
She is start to get sticky ana smell. The water only live soil is doing its job well. Haven't needed to add anything all. So far I can't tell any difference between HST and the LST. The lst (this grow) is a week behind the hst. Though looks to be right on track. So just have to wait till harvest to see if Hsting dramai affect the yield
She's coming along figire about a month left. Maybe a month and a half. She's starting to put on some weight and is getting stupid sticky. Wish I could have kept this sin veg a bit longer but seed to harvest in probably about 3 months is grow.
She's coming along. Should be ready for harvest within a month. Leaves have some brown spots and are tacoing a bit. Gave here a boost of the foop bloom line I have sitting around. This is a calcium deficiency. We'll see if it helps. Starting to smell really good too.
She's looking good for the most part. Some signs of nutrient deficiency I think. Though she's almost finished. Figure she'll be ready to chaop here within the next 3 weeks at the most. Think more a week a week and half. Smells wonderful.
Grown this before. Last time it was a very uplifting awake social high. The grow went pretty well. Not as good as the last but couldn't be avoided. Grows fast. Smells of pine, lemon grass. This time it less of a social active high. This one seems more of a focused high.
Good solid cultivar to grow. It's fast, yield thick dense cola's, happy relaxing high.. tolerance to temperature shifts. Would be a really good cultivar to do a sea of green with. It's a Small and compact plant.
Anything I've read on auto flower varieties indicates that it is best to refrain from highly stressing them since they're on a set timer and any stunting of growth will negatively impact the yield, nothing wrong with LST though. Now having said that, don't let me stop you from experimenting as that is definitely part of the joy of growing IMO.
Best of luck and may your yields be bountiful.🙏🙏
@Fast_Buds, yeah this is a good cultivar to grow. It easy, resistant, good flavor, energetic high. This is my 3 grow with it. Would recommend to other to grow.
