Preparing the necessary equipment and tools, getting the seeds, let's get started. Soaking for a day. Tap water, settled, 120 ppm + Simplex Mass at 1 drop per 300ml.
01/10/2022
🌰 The seeds have been soaking in the solution for almost a day, now they're going into improvised containers for germination. Some strains with 1-2 seeds have already started to show "tails."
All varieties follow the same super simple scheme:
1. Soak paper towels in the seed solution and wring them out.
2. Place the seeds between two paper towels.
3. Cover with lids (unused trays for small pots) and put in a warm place.
4. Done, you’re amazing, now we wait for the roots.
02/10/2022
After another day, I planted all the material in small pots of 0.29L - substrate coco+perlite.
07/10/2022
Germination 12 out of 12. The shape of the leaves of one sample is already interesting.

mutantfarmer All the plants show the Duckfoot leaf mutation to varying degrees. Some exhibit a mosaic leaf that resembles plants with symptoms of tobacco mosaic virus. I will provide descriptions based on phenotypes after determining the sex.
Over the week, the plants received watering with a solution of 450-530ppm at 5.8pH. I started measuring the output on the last watering on 14.10, and it showed 600-850ppm, 5.5-5.7pH across different plants. I thoroughly watered everyone with a solution of 450ppm at 5.8pH. A few plants showed signs of overwatering, but the rest remained resilient. I'm not discarding anyone.

mutantfarmer The plants have different growth rates and activity levels; some drink faster, while others drink slower. A few plants showed deficiencies in calcium and magnesium. The aphid attack I mentioned earlier in another report affected several plants of the strain, and I found the most pests among the LA#2 strain, which is noticeable from the condition of the plant.
Throughout the week, the plants received watering with a solution of 450-530ppm at 5.8pH. At the end of the week, I started adding CalMag to the solution. The yield was not measured.

mutantfarmer Almost all the plants of the strain have issues visible in the condition of the leaves, some barely noticeable, others quite pronounced. I think the plants easily succumbed to damage from the lowered pH, due to the stress caused by the aphid attack.
As a result of discovering the pH problem with the meter (see my report on Drunken Bastard x Freakshow), and new measurements of the parameters on the plants, it turned out that most of the plants of the strain have a pH around 4.9-5.4. After identifying the issue, I’m giving the plants a larger volume of solution, hoping for a quick improvement in the parameters. I also raised the nutrient level from 500-550 to 580-630, with yields from different plants ranging from 530-700.

mutantfarmer Vegetation, Week 4.
The aliens are actively growing without showing any ailments. The sexual characteristics are just starting to form and are practically unnoticeable. No operational actions were taken besides inspection and measurements.
LA#12 shows slight variegation on a couple of fan leaves.
Throughout the week, we received a solution of G.H.Feeding Grow + pH Down, with readings of 5.9-6.2pH and 650-710ppm.

mutantfarmer The aliens are actively growing without showing any ailments. All the plants have had their tops removed. Sexual characteristics have shown in about half of the plants so far.
LA#12 is the plant that I like the most at this stage among the strain, and it has shown male characteristics.
Over the week, we were using a solution of G.H.Feeding Grow + pH Down, with readings of 5.8-6.2pH and 670-730ppm, twice a day.

mutantfarmer This week I conducted a major selection, sampling based on phenotypes. I eliminated plants that don't have the characteristics I need or have unwanted ones. I kept those that show the least cannabis-like leaf shape.
LA#12 M and LA#4 F are the best pair for breeding within the strain. They exhibit the best leaf shape, 1-3 fingers with an unusual structure. + LA#12 shows signs of variegation.
Throughout the week, we were using a solution of G.H.Feeding Grow + pH Down, with readings of 5.8-6.2pH and 700-780ppm, twice a day.

mutantfarmer This week I found time to describe the phenotypes based on a small set of traits, took clones from each plant, and did some serious pruning:
LA#4 F Diamond. Average distance between nodes, bushy, stem with a slight purple hue, df leaves with an unusual structure on 1 or 3 fingers, predominates on 1.
LA#12 M Average-long distance between nodes, bushy and stretching, leaf petioles with a slight purple hue, df leaves on 1-3 fingers, predominates 3 and 1. A couple of leaves show variegation.
LA#8 M Average-long distance between nodes, medium branching, df leaves on 1-5 all with distortions. Shows whorled phyllotaxy, with 3 branches from one growth point, one is underdeveloped.
LA#6 F Average-long distance between nodes, bushy, stretching, slight purple hue on the stem and leaf petioles, df leaves on 3-5 fingers, predominates 3, most with distortions.
LA#5 M Average-long distance between nodes, medium branching, stretching, rich purple color of the stem and petioles, df leaves are even, on 3-6 fingers, predominates 5.
LA#1 ? Average-long distance between nodes, medium branching, stretching, rich purple hue of the stem, df leaves on 1-5 fingers, predominates 3.
LA#7 (presumably F) Long distance between nodes. bushy stretching plant. stem and petioles slightly show a purple hue, df leaves on 3-6 fingers.
Throughout the week, we received a solution of G.H.Feeding Grow + pH Down, with readings of 5.8-6.2pH and 700-780ppm, twice a day.

mutantfarmer Totally without description and photo, I didn't work on them this week because of the "reboot" of my greenhouse.
I lowered the nutrient concentrations and for a week they received a solution of G.H.Feeding Grow + pH Down, with readings of 5.8-6.2pH and 650ppm, every 2-3 days.
mutantfarmer I chose 2 plants that interest me and switched to 12/12. LA#4 is definitely a female plant; I determined the sex earlier, and I'm still deciding who I will pollinate with. I'm checking LA#1 for M or F; theoretically, it fits well as a male plant VT#8.
G.H.Feeding Hybrids + pH Down, with readings of 6.0-6.3pH and 880-950ppm, once a day.

mutantfarmer LA#4 is my favorite, it's stretching and starting to flower. LA#1 hasn't shown its sex yet, we're waiting.
During the week, I did daily waterings with G.H.Feeding Hybrids, 6.2-6.3 pH, 930-960 ppm. + I did a foliar treatment with Simplex Mass.
Very coll, i’d like to have Picasso to grow, but…..not for my place(no opportunity to by trough network. All the best with you babys. Very interesting how are they by taste✌️👍🤙
